Thanks to Aydinli, 2 days in Göreme was perfect. Staffs were very kind and professional. They arranged for both of our tours (balloon and Green) and we were more than satisfied. They arranged for our sedan transfers from Nevşehir and to Kayseri, and it was very convenient. We especially liked the breakfast!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The owners and staff of the Aydlindi Hotel went above and beyond. "Great experience and friendly staff"
I found this hotel on Expedia and was excited to stay in a cave in Goreme. The staff was really nice and very friendly. They made us feel like we were staying with friends. "Great location, well run, helpful staff"
Within a day after we booked, the hotel emailed us to offer arrangements on transportation from the airport which was a hour (80 km) away and to suggest tours including the balloon ride. The companies they named were actually my first choice because they were highly recommended in the lonely planet tour book. I felt then that I could trust all their […] suggestions. Upon arrival, the owner Mustafa and his son served us well, booking all our tours: balloon, underground city, cooking and whirling dervish show. The hotel itself was beautiful and well run. Turns out five years ago Mustafa turned his ancestral home into this hotel, bringing with him his 32 years of experience in the hotel industry starting as receptionist, moving on to sales etc. all over Turkey. The staff were mostly from Mustafa's extended family and went out of their way to accommodate our travel schedule, even offering an early breakfast (3am) option for our early morning departure. The hotel is very close to downtown and four of the restaurant picks in lonely planet tour book. The ATMS are very close also, no problem getting the euros and Turkish lira charged by the tour companies. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Wonderful experience in Cappadocia"
As soon as I made the reservation for two night stay at the Aydinli Cave House via expedia.com, the hotel staff sent me an e-mail confirming the reservation. In addition they arranged the booking for the balloon tour, and two full day (red and green) tours at the reasonable prices. They also arranged the transport between the airport and the hotel. "Great budget cave hotel"
Stay here if you get a good rate. Most likely there are better quality cave hotels in the area but the friendly and helpful staff is the main reason to stay here. They will help you book tours, book hot air balloon ride, make suggestions on dining, provide complimentary drop-off and pick-up to sites, and good conversation. A few things to note: (1) […] Our room did not have air conditioning. Not a big deal for us since we like it warmer, but something to note if this is something you think you would like during the summer. (2) Towels are clean but definitely does not look or feel clean (3) Bathrooms are clean, but shower floors have scratches that may make it look dingy (4) Avoid certain rooms if you have limited mobility (5) This is far from luxury accommodation, but is a nice mid-range boutique hotel or something similar to a B&B. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Made our honeymoon fantastic!"
My husband and I are currently on our honeymoon through Turkey & Greece. Although we left Cappadocia only a few days ago, we miss it already and couldn't wait to write a review. We booked Aydinli after reading about this cave hotel on multiple websites. We were thrilled...I can't say enough nice things about them. But if you want more details, I will […] list all the ways the staff at Aydinli (especially Fatih) made our stay fantastic. First of all, they gave us their largest suite for our honeymoon...it was ENORMOUS! Looked like a museum with all the beautiful decorative pottery accents from the Cappadocia region. The bathroom alone was bigger than the "deluxe room" we stayed at in Istanbul! They also gave us fruit and a nice bottle of regional wine as a treat. We booked an extra night and were moved to another room... it was their smallest room & honestly this was still decent size (though we were sad to leave the lap of luxury). Aydinli is a family run hotel and they genuinely treat you like family. They were so attentive and really went the extra mile such as making a point to chat & offering tea & snacks when we were in the lobby area, booking our shuttles to & from the airport, making sure we had breakfast snacks & drinks when we had an early flight, and even sending my jacket to Greece when I left it at the hotel! Thanks Mustafa & Fatih...you are the best! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Try This Cave Hotel"
This is a great hotel! The service was superb and the room spectacular. The room was very comfortable. I'd read general cave hotel reviews about dampness and temperature. My wife and I loved Aydinli Cave House. Mustafa, his family, and staff were all wonderful hosts, friendly and helpful. Everything about Aydinli Cave House was exceptional. The location was great, it was clean and homey, and it couldn't have been better. Upon arrival they were so welcoming. They had us sit down in the lobby and brought us tea and cookies. The staff was so helpful helping us plan our stay in Goreme from arranging airport pick up and drop off to suggesting […] tours, hikes, restaurants (seriously, just ask where to eat for each meal and you won't be disappointed), and hot air balloon companies to even driving us to the Open Air Museum, dinner, and a great place to start our hike. Breakfast in the morning was great to wake up to as well! We were even chatting with a local in the town who works at another cave hotel, and he even confirmed that Aydinli is a great place to stay to receive the whole experience. "Lovely and hospitable cave hotel"
The location is perfect and service is great. It's a family business and the hotel used to the family home. There is someone to drive you to any site that you want to go to. ""good value for the money but not great""
The structure of the hotel is very nice, however the furniture could use a little update, the sofas in the room and the tablecloth made it look a little dingy even if the room was clean. Breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly. A BIG criticism is that they arranged transportation to the airport for us and we almost missed our flight […] because the shuttle stopped in three more hotels and stopped to fuel the car.... I would expect that at the time of booking the shuttle the hotel would tell the shuttle company the time of our flight, or would have allotted more time for transportation since that was very stressfull.... If I went back to Cappadocia I would try and stay at Avanos since Goereme town is not very nice. They also commented that Goreme Balloons was not a company they would recommend and we had an extraordinary experience with them, they were punctual, offered a light snack before the ride and had a very professional crew. We selected this hotel based on previous reviews, and we were not dissapointed. Aydinli Cave House definitely lived up to the hype. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean and warm (which was essential as it was really cold outside). The staff were incedibly helpful and friendly. "Great Hotel; Amazing Staff"
We arrived a day late as a result of illness, and they could not have been more helpful; not only did they let us stay the 2nd night, but the owner's son spent at least half an hour helping us to rebook our following flight, our rental car, and our next hotel to allow us to stay an extra day. We had also received a free upgrade to our room without even […] asking for it. Breakfast was delicious, and there was no pressure to buy tours. "Nice hotel, beautiful setting"
Enjoyed our stay at Aydilini--staying in a cave was amazing and a must do in Goreme. A little turned off by the owner pushing us to use the hot air balloon company (butterfly) that they have a partnership with, which was 30 euros more than what we paid in town for an even better company (atmosfer). Also, stayed for 3 days and there was minimal cleaning […] of the room each day. Other than those two issues, it was a wonderful stay. Amazing breakfast with spectacular view. "plenty of charm"
We stayed at the room no.6; a really spacious and a beautiful one with a private terrace over Göreme. Clean establishment, warm welcome. I cannot say enough about how great our experience at Aydinli was!! Mustafa, Mert, and Cem were all amazing hosts! "Friendly & Cozy Hotel in Cappadochia"
Aydinli Cave House Hotel is by far one of the best places I've stayed. You'll be greeted by the knowledgeable hotel manager who will you with a range of things to do, including hot air ballooning (a must), climbing up to the top of a fairy chimney (Ushisar Kalesi) carved into the side of a mountain in Ushisar village, hike the 4 km Pigeon's Trail through […] a magnificant valley from Uchisar to Goreme, and countless tours throughout the region where you'll visit monasteries (dating back to the Byzantine Empire) hidden deep in remote valleys. The hotel rooms are very clean and simple. The rooms feel as though you were in a medieval castle. Breakfast is served each morning with local fruits, yoghurt, breads, vegetables, cheeses, juices, and tea/coffee from which to choose. "Perfect for warmth and hospitality"
The family who owns this hotel is wonderful. Mustafa was actually born in the dwelling and converted it into a hotel a few years ago. He did an excellent job on the renovation. What is more important though is his obvious love and concern for the area which is rapidly developing into a tourist economy. He is trying to maintain its integrity and keep […] its culture alive which is not an easy task. He and his family are present during breakfast and they cook special local dishes along with the usual Turkish buffet. He is starting to host dinners weekly which his wife cooks and I would highly recommend for an authentic Anatolian meal. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

From the moment I called them, when they organised a shuttle bus, to the moment we left, on aforesaid shuttle bus, after having breakfast which they opened an hour early for us, the guys were fantastic. "Cave hotel close to Goreme downton"
PROS: Hotel rooms are actually rock caves and this was a novel experience for us. The cave (i.e. the room) was large and spacious. Location was within walking distance to Goreme city’s eateries, shops, and ATMs. Free breakfast was good and the views from the top were nice. The staff and the hotel manager were genuinely friendly and helpful. Hotel arranged […] airport shuttle from Kayseri which came to 20 TLR per person (one way) which we thought was quite reasonable. One restaurant gave us a 10% discount because we were staying at this hotel. CONS: The furnishing was minimal and we had to operate out of our suitcases. There was a container for a mini-fridge but the mini-fridge was missing. The room had radiators for heating but no ventilation mechanism or fans. Closing the window at night used to make the room quite stuffy. The bathroom was dimly lit. Bath wall-tiles haven’t been scrubbed/cleaned for a long time and we could feel the slime on them. This resulted in a musty smell. The bathtub didn’t drain properly and we had to stand in a pool of water while taking a shower. Hotel said that they tried various fixes but the issue was still unresolved when we left after four nights. TIPS: Pricing for Balloon rides, group tours, horse riding, and Turkish night events can be obtained by contacting the organizers directly. We found Serap from “Reliable Travels” to be quite helpful. Aydinli Cave House was probably the best hotel we stayed in Turkey. Located close to the bus stand we were treated as family and not as guests (which is the hotel's stated policy as per Mustafa the owner). Cars were available for pick up from the bus stand and also for a bit of local sightseeing. The hotel was also willing to arrange for tours around […] Cappadoccia, Balloon Tours and Airport Transfers. Saves the hassle of having to scout around. The rooms were fantastic and each of them had a great view. Breakfast spread was good. The staff (most of them are family members of Mustafa) were brilliant. Ever smiling and helpful. Only minus point was the fact that there was no lunch/dinner options. On days when you have come back from a long tiring tour you really wish you had room service. But that is a minor quibble. Cannot fault this hotel - great location with a short walk to the high st and everything the local area has to offer. Staff are uh-maaazing, they help with anything and everything. The room is freakin massive with what can only be described as a triple bed - I don't think king double does it justice.
