Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Some minor cosmetic flaws (sink had small chip), but otherwise a very nice motel. Would gladly recommend and will stay again when in the area.

Pay the extra $5 or $10 somewhere else. My inlaws had to leave because the place smelled so much like smoke. I was told they were non-smoking which they were but the whole place just smelled like smoke.

The All star Inn had friendly people running it on both day and evening shifts. The cleaning lady was also very nice and did a great job in maintaining the room. The only problem I had was that the Inn is pet friendly and you can tell as soon as you walk into the room. I think maybe they should section off part of the Inn for pets and have rooms available […] that pets aren't aloud to be in. Oh yea and being from New York were no longer aloud to smoke in our restaurants and now I really see why. The All star restaurant smell like smoke even in the non-smoking area, it just reeked of smoke and was quite dirty. Sorry but it's is truth. I was glad to see the Dairy Queen across the street. Like i said earlier it wasn't all bad. The price is quite reasonable. They make a few changes and it will help them out a lot. Read more

I read all the reviews before I booked with hotels.com. I chose to pick this hotel anyway because it said it was located within a couple miles of the location I needed. I was not close! I feel only bad reviews are published so I felt this hotel had potential. There is a reason there were bad reviews! I have never written a bad review before. That should […] tell you how awful this place was. You get what you paid for. I was double charged and still have not seen my refund from two months ago. They are very hard to deal with and will not work with you. I had proof I paid and after I left town ( 2 weeks later ) another charge appeared in my bank statement. They do not want to hear what I have to say and will not refund the double charge. Poor customer service and a very crappy hotel. Pay a couple dollars more and receive the customer service and security you deserve! Read more

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE. THE BUILDING IT SELF AND THE BUSINESS PRACTICES IN GENERAL ARE SUB STANDARD! I HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 IN ORDER TO GET INTO MY ROOM BEFORE 3PM. WHO CHECKS INTO A HOTEL AT 3PM! IT WAS AN AWEFUL EXPERIANCE AS A WHOLE. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!

The receptionist was were nice. The bed was very comfortable but the room itself was not all that clean. The drawers were really dirty and the phone all dusty. It was really loud because of the road noise. I stayed there for one night and checked out. When I am on vacation I don't want to live in the hood.

was very unhappy with the condition of the room. made 2 personal phone calls to hotel before arriving to get specific accomadations which were not honored open arrival. immediately upon arrival was charged extra amount for room due to late arrival time even though was told day before arrival would not be until 6:00 am.

Staff was very friendly and honest, bed was comfortable, and the hotel room itself had some minor blemishes but was clean overall. I never heard my neighbors but unfortunately I could hear anything that was going on outside my door just fine and the AC unit while powerful did not have an automatic thermostat. The hotel staff were very polite, the room are clean, in addition i was suprised to see a 32' lcd flatscreen t.v. in the room as well. Drawback no iron/ironboard in room. I would stay here again.
