Americas Best Value Inn Redlands - Redlands

we needed a place to stay close to San Gorgornio, which we were climbing the next morning with an early start. This motel was all that we needed it to be- clean, comfortable, and convenient to where we were going. Plus they had decent coffee at 6am, which was a nice plus, and free internet. The bathroom was surprisingly big too.

The exterior is amazingly well cared for!That being said, there was NO hair dryer in the room, NO kleenex, and the TV controller is given to you only upon check in. The magnetic keys are re-used (NOT new to each guest), and the "doughnuts & muffins" provided at the Continental breakfast had us busting up laughing. These were of such a minimal size that […] you might provide them at a nursery school.....smaller than doughnut holes even. We are budget motorcycling around California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington for our honeymoon. We are easy going and have travelled around SE Asia and central America and much of US, this place was a disappointment. We had a late start the previous day from laguna beach, and didn't arrive until midnight. We were really cold and looking forward to the […] hot tub and heated pool. The hot tub wasn't working and they explained it would be the next morning without fail. We waited to leave because they wouldn't open the pool area until 10am. We got ready and the hot tub was freezing and the pool was warm but extremely clouded. Figured we'd get sick if we swam in it. In addition a homeless guy came into the breakfast area (which had microwave food) the manager got in a shoving match with the guy and it was super uncomfortable. The room was clean the shower was hot, stain on comforter... Prob stay somewhere cheaper for the same quality of service. Read more

For the price it's close to everything in Redlands. The front desk was very helpful and accomodating with our parking of a van and trailor, washing vechicles, and making stay nice. The conti breakfast is basically nothing! Good thing Denny's is right next door and across the street is a ton of restaurants and shopping.

Both property grounds and room were very clean. Given the off freeway location, there were plenty of security cameras , and great parking lot lighting. Staff/owners were were extremely helpful and polite. Great value that fit my budget, I would stay here again.

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The continental breakfast was a joke, the room smelled horrible, the bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were flat and when I called for hangars, I was told "sure, come get them". What kind of customer service is that? This hotel hardly deserves the name of America's Best anything!

The hotel is in a prime location if you are looking to be near the freeway and is next to a Denny's. The room was clean and about as quality as one can expect with such an affordable rate but the continental breakfast is literally a pack of miniature donuts and muffins. This was a horrible hotel and overall experience. I would say that the room is what you pay for, but its not even close to that. The staff is extremely rude. The rooms smelled of cigarettes. The towels were cheap. Finally, there is a Denny's that abutts the hotel, where there was a large crowd of about 30 people outside sreaming, yelling and physically […] fighting at 2am. Fridge & microwave in the room was nice, ice machine was out of order but the people in the office would get some for you when u asked. Nice to have Denny's so close by. Had to close the bathroom door when in the bathroom or it was too cramped. Room heater worked well when it got cold on Saturday night.

this hotel was fine for a one night stay when your on the road. its right next to a dennys, and if you tell the dennys you are staying here, they knock 15% off your bill. pretty neat. hotel was standard. clean. beds were ok. towels a little rough. room smelled weird upon entering, but ac worked that all away.
