The carpets and furniture were dirty. Our bedroom had an old quilt as a comforter. It was disgusting. I would not recommend this condo to anyone.

We arrived after hours and had to use the drop box. The office was a little hard to find to pick up the keys. After we got the keys the map didn't make any sense on how to find the condo. My family and I were very pleased with the room, its reasonableness in price, and its closeness to stores for sundries (i.e., all-nite CVS, McD). We got in well past the normal business hours, but were able to call an after-hour emergency number, and someone returned our call within 15 minutes and provided us with the lock-box code to our room keys. […] Plenty of parking, and safe surroundings. If you work out, there is a YMCA within 5 minutes, and Y members can use the facility for $5 per day, and non-members $12. The only issue if I had to make one is, the carpet in the room had spots and either needed a good cleaning or replacement. Looking forward to our next visit to Myrtle Beach and stay at Magnolia Point. Read more
