"Excellent food but terrible room"
The 'OK' rating does not reflect this hotel accurately, as most aspects were either excellent (Food, restaurant service, location, aspect/exterior, bathroom) or very poor (room - so-called double but could barely move, and bed - so small and so uncomfortable that I barely slept at all). "Altes Kloster mit guter Lage"
Wer mit dem Auto anreist hat die Wahl zwischen einer kostenpflichten sehr steil nach unten gehenden Tiefgarage oder dem kostenfreien Straßenrand. Das Hotel ist stilvoll renoviert worden, die Zimmer und vor allen das Bad wurden nicht großartig renoviert. Da das Hotel schließlich ein altes Kloster war, passt es und ist somit i.O. Wirklich toll ist die […] große Terrasse/Garten, in diesem man gemütlich ein Wein trinken kann. Super Ambiente. Nicht so gut war das Frühstück. Es ist halt nicht so toll, wenn die Farbe "Grün" zum Vorschein kommt, wenn man sich eine Portion Rührei nimmt. Auch im Übrigen war die Auswahl und Qualität nicht so toll. Ärgerlich war die Tatsache, daß die Rezeption um 23:00 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt war. Auch die Hotelklingel zeigte keine Reaktion. Glücklicherweise kam zufällig eine Hotelangestellte, die Feierabend machen wollte und öffnete die Tür. Sie sagte, wir hätten einfach anrufen sollen.......aber wer hat Handy und Tel.-Nr. des Hotels dabei, wenn man abends essen geht? Leider war auch die Wand (Trockenbauwand? ) zum Nachbarzimmer sehr dünn. Das Schnarchen des Nachbars war laut und deutlich zu hören. Trotzdem überwiegt auch aufgrund der guten Lage das Positive. Que ce soit de la réservation jusqu'à notre départ nous avons trouvés une réelle disponibilité du personnel et une approche très conviviale. Le restaurant est d'un service remarquable autant à l'assiette que dans la disponibilité des serveurs. Le petit déjeuner fut un véritable festin matinal.
