I love the 1 bedroom apartment, it was very comfortable and relaxing especially the bedroom, i liked the small size of the room and the comfort of the bed. I've stayed at several hotels in Dubai now and this one is the best so far especially the receptionist Olga, she is the best.

Very good hotel but it needs small things to be fixed. Like the stuff there not professional, the extra bed was really hard and reception was mixed with the hotel and apartments so you don't feel that your living in an hotel.

I have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels in Dubai and this is my favorite by far....The staff is second to none and the surroundings are beautiful and convient to many popular activities. If you get a chance to go to the spa I highly recomend it for the quality of service and the views.

This is one of our most favourite hotels in the whole world I chose it for the fourth time. This is a luxury and extremely well supported hotel. I would reccomend staying on the CLUB floor since in ths way there you can feel the professionality of the personnel just from the time you deplane the most - everything is organized in the smallest details […] - meeting, enetring the coutry assistance, taking the luggage and of course a car to the hotel. Only downfall was that there seemed to be like a plastic undersheet on the bed which meant that you got very sweatty around your main body area throughout the night. Was very impressed that the person who checked us into the hotel upon arrival, also escorted us all the way to our room so that we didnt have to worry about getting lost trying to find […] it. On one of the nights at about 10:30 PM, one of the hotel staff rang our door bell as apparently he was there to "make up the room" We were in bed sleeping at this time so I'm not quite sure why you would need to make up the room at that time of night, especially since it had already been made up that morning. We took a junior suite for the three of us with fountain view. The room was fabulous. The view on Borj Khalifa was really amazing. High quality service. Professional staff. Perfect location, just a few meters from Dubai Mall and 10 minutes walk from the metro station. This hotel is a perfect address for a very good destination.

Stayed in one-bedroom apartment for one night. The room included in the partment is very small by Dubai five star hotel standards. Completely no mirrors in room, only the mirror of bathroom is there. Me and my wife had arrived to hotel from airport at noon, reception lady took my mobile number in order to call me when room is cleaned, but I did not receive any call! got back at 3pm to check-in, and found that they lost my bag ticket at bell captain, and took many complain calls to locate them. You can also access the Big Bus Tour from outside the Dubai mall providing the opportunity to see old Dubai and also the beach tour. Wonderful hotel with superb service. Great swimming pool area. The hotels signature restaurant is Chinese cuisine and although very expensive is the best chinese food I have eaten. 初めてのドバイの方にお勧めです。ドバイモールやカリファへのアクセスがよいです。またファウンテンビューのお部屋に泊まりたいです。雑踏のないベランダからのファウンテンは特等席そのものでした。
