Briarstone Inn - Pigeon Forge

The staff was so friendly I feel bad saying that the hotel is so run down, and the rooms are so old. I was dissappointed with the room and the really questioned the safety of our family. Thankfully we only stayed one night and it was a "stop off"- sleep and shower only.

I loved my stay at briarstone inn it was very clean and comfortable. It is located right next to golden carral and many other restaurants, across the street from foodcity, and just a short walk to fun fun and fun.

this had to be the worst hotel we had ever stayed at in my 47 years of travel.The room was filthy,bathroom door was kicked in,hair dryer ripped off the wall and left on top of the luggage area. Won't stay again. Queen bed was full size when questioned i was told they'd been told that before. Bed was NOT comfortable and sheets didn't fit. Chic wet counter couldn't get me extra towels.

Upon arriving at the hotel, it of course looks nothing like the online pictures. We carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs to unlock the door only to find out that someone is already in our room! Doesn't make you feel too safe about staying here! After going back to the desk while the attendants argue with us and each other about the situation, they […] finally after about 15 minutes they put us on ground floor. As we open the door, the foul smell is terrible and its hot inside. We have no blankets on the bed, only a sheet, no batteries in the tv remote, the shower backs up and leaves you standing in a big pool of dirty water, and there's a dog upstaris above us that runs constantly the whole night. The only real draw back was that we had to stay in a smoking room (we wanted non smoking) because we had a pet with us and there were no non smoking available. Hotel staff was very friendly. However, the room needed some attention. There was no chainlock on the door, the bedskirts was torn, the mattresses were extremely worn, you would roll to the middle. There was a chair was worn. The hairdryer would stop working after 2 minutes.

Not knowing what to expect, I was very nervous but when we arrived there the people greeted us with kindness, and the place was very clean and the area was great! next to a nice eating place, and not too far from from all the sight seeing areas and we truly were very blessed with our rooms, i will surly call them again and book the place

The only thing good about this hotel was the beds were so old,they slept well. Nothing what we were told about was true,except location. It was good but the service at the front desk when someone went for a cup of coffee was grunted at saying coffee in room. There wasn't enough doughnuts to feed all the guests in the morning either. If your staying a few days then this hotel is ok but for a week or better I would find another one to stay at.

Hotel is okay for overnite stay. Bathroom facilities did not work properly. Third floor room and have to use steps or a ramp to access. and at my age 73 it is not easy to carry luggage up two floors. The customers in front of us came back to the line because the hotel gave them the key to someone else's room. Another guest came back because they did not have pillows on their beds. I was greeted very warmly at the desk, but once we got the room things started going bad. The room was like most, the air was not on and super hot. We turned it on and the cool air was barely blowing even on the highest setting. The beds were hard and the pillows were very thin and lumpy. We had already paid so we stayed the night. The shower did have good pressure, but the knob that should have adjusted between the shower head and the faucet sprayed water out with high pressure at some very awkward spots. Could not check in until 3pm altough the site states 2pm. The shower curtin was really dirty and the water backed up in the tub while showering. But overall the room was cheap and available at the last minute so not complaining to much.
