This resort was amazing, everything we would hope from an upscale oceanfront hotel. My husband took me for my 30th birthday celebration, and it was perfect! Plus, the staff went out of their way to ensure we always had cold bottled water, towels, and top-notch service at every turn. Outstanding resort with clean white beaches, crystal clear turquoise water, beautiful, exceptionally clean room, incredibly clean pool and a terrific staff who all had a great attitude. Would come back again in a heartbeat.

Very relaxing stay. Our condo was beautiful, very comfortable. Nice having a washer/dryer. They provide detergent which was a nice touch. Complimentary breakfast overlooking the pool was wonderful with eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, etc. Beach was beautiful. I appreciated the cold water bottles given out on the beach-another nice touch. My husband and I went to the Regent Grand without really knowing a thing about the place or the Turks and Caicos. The Regent Grand turned out to be a wonderful wonderful experience and stay. They upgraded us without asking to a two bedroom villa. We went after memorial day and stayed until June 7th and it was actually perfect because it was their off […] season and less people. The pool was fabulous and the beach was the best and most beautiful in the world. The Hotel is right near all the perfect shops and restaurants you can literally walk to or ride a free bike to which was great. Couldn't ask for a better place or the perfect hotel location to stay in on the island. Loved it !!! My new husband and I both agree that this was the nicest people with the most cleanest beaches. We are so glad that we chose this place. The Regent Grand was gorgeous! Be prepared of "Island Time" - meaning - I hope your not in a hurry. It was actually quite relaxing to not be in such a rush all the time. Everynight of our stay, we would pick the restaurant of our choice and have the Front Desk to make our arrangements (including the taxi). One night during our stay, the cab driver's vehicle broke down. So the front desk clerk was afraid that we would miss our reservation, so he took us! One of the most wonderful vacations and a perfect place to stay. The hotel was beautiful, first class, perfecty maintained. It fit in perfecty with the island surrounding so it didn't feel like you were in a big out of place hotel on a beautiful island. Very low key atmosphere.
