The Ramada Jerusalem is a tourist hotel. Period. If you want service from the front desk, the restaurants, or management, go somewhere else. It is over priced, cold and annoying.

Unfriendly staff, not very anxious to be helpful. Rooms reasonable size and comfort, clean. Food mediocre but plentiful, buffet style.. Our stay was over the holidays and Saturday so very limited opportunities to eat were available. Overall I wouldnt stay there in the future and wouldnt recomend it.

The hotel is an excellent bargain for your money since it isn't in the center of town. The new light rail system stops nearby and brings you into the center or to the old city or even near Meah She'arim quickly.

We were only provided one single bed despite being an adult and a 17 year old. There was a problem in the interface between Hotels.com and the Ramada as I had a copy of my confirmation from Hotels.com that indicated reservation and payment for 2 guests and the Ramada had us down as one guest with a completely different rate. They said they would bring […] another bed but the hotel was full and it turned out they didn't have any more beds. They did not inform us of this. We had to separate the mattress and box spring and put blankets on the box spring for one of us to be comfortable. When I asked to speak with a manager the next day so that we could get an adjustment in our rate (they did bring an extra bed the second night after we made 3 more requests) the manager was not available or "in a meeting" multiple times and no one apologized or was willing to negotiate at all. No 24 hour tea room or access to hot water. if your traveling with a child you do not want to use the Ramada. Room service is almost non existent. Reception and the front desk need attitude readjustments. overall I would never go there again and would not recomend them only to my worst enemies.

Located in a difficult portion of the city. Nothing is close that you can walk to. It is not a 5 minute walk to the Israel Museum. No shops, restaurants act are in the immediate area. Employees all around are rude or at best very indifferent. In the end, we were not charged for the water. Furniture in the room is old and dated, chipped, looks like flea market furniture. The only option for breakfast is the $30.00 buffet. The coffee shop is not open in the morning. No way to get a small meal and coffee. We did go to the buffet and ask for coffee and was given it, but you could tell they didn't like it. As we went into our rooms, our next door neighbor went into hers slamming the door very hard and hearing arguments as she closed the door, we went downstairs and requested and got a guieter room. Don't want this to sound to bad. I chose this hotel for the pool, fitness room, etc.. The fitness room hours were not adheared to, messing up my schedual. The refridgerater in the room didnot work, had to get another one brought in. Air vents in air conditioner filthy, clinging dirt, makes me think of legionnaires disease. Shower adequate but of a style […] that permits water to blow on to bathroom floor, then runs into carpet, also mold in groute. Doors of a type that slam shut. disturbing sleep. No hot water maker for coffee or coffee maker in room. Could have miss read the advertisement but for the price I thought I was getting a bed and breakfast thing. On arival allmost the first thing I was informed of was the 20 dollar fee for breakfast. Unable or unwilling to assist with computor and admin needs, had to go to another hotel for assistance. For the money average to poor. Some of the staff good, others horrible. Ordered room service, no menu, asked for some items and the staff person refused to deliver it and then to even take the order and no more pickup. Needed to go down to the cafe, order a meal, return in 15 min, pay and take it back to the room. Did try calling room service w/ staff […] from the cafe and still no luck. Everyone just shrugged their shoulders. Quite disappointed given I had work to do and needed to leave at 1:00 AM for departure from Tel Aviv early in the AM. Would look for something else next time. I deliberately chose the hotel location as they were trying out the monorail in the city, and there was some upheaval. For the most part, my stay was very pleasant, however, the initial room (720) was adjacent to the elevator bank and there was banging everytime the elevators were in use. I switched the next day to a different room with a very strong […] unpleasant odour (736) , which I believe came from the vents. I immediately requested a 3rd room that was much more user-friendly. The staff were understanding, and there was no hassle involved in moving. I assume, however, that the problems with the first rooms must be known to the management and do not understand why they are still in service. Read more

Fint opphold, opplevelsesrikt. Hotellet har alle fasiliteter for sin klasse. Eneste minus er at hotellets beliggenhet er slik at man er avhengig av drosje eller trikk for å komme til de aller fleste av byens severdigheter.

L'hotel est un peu loin à pied du centre de Jerusalem mais en bus ou en taxi c'est parfait. désuet. C'est hotel qui accueille beaucoup de conventions et séminaires en tous genres, il y en a eu plusieurs lors de mon passage de 3 nuits. Ce qui implique beaucoup d'allées et venues et du monde au restaurant mais cela ne se ressent pas si vous passez vos […] journées à visiter la ville. Coté chambre, rien à dire, c'est du standard supérieur, sans plus, avec une salle de bainstrès correcte. Le personnel est charmant et le niveau de service plutot bon. Sauf au restaurant où le personnel tout entier semble amateur, par exemple ils passent et repassent plusieurs fois devant nos tasses vides avec une cafetière pleine, ou bien on vous apporte une cuillere quand vous demandez un couteau. Puis une enieme serviette, toujours à la place de la cuillere. Mais bon... tout cela n'est pas bien grave, l'important est ailleurs dans cette ville ! Mais pour ceux qui veulent en profiter la formule buffet est très complète et il y a de quoi préparer parfaitement sa journée. l'hotel dispose d'un centre de sport et mise en forme au rdc, avec fitness, 1 piscine intérieur, 1 piscine extérieure, surveillée par un maitre nageur.
