I havent stayed in a holiday inn for many years it was pretty shabby back then. Stayed at this holiday inn for 3 days on business. I was thrilled they let me Check in 5 hours early. I was beat from very early flights. Was nice to grab a nap before my meetings started. Room was very nice. Very clean. Smelled great. Beds were comfy. The bathroom was nice sized. The shower was one of the best ever and I stay in a lot of hotels. Good breakfast for being a free bee! I will definately stay there again. 4/5 rating. Would be a 5/5 but no room service!!!

Holiday inn was fantastic. It was close to Mohegan and they offered complimentary drink and ride to and from Mohegan. I would definitely stay again. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly, guests and staff.

My experience was pretty much what I expected. The room obviously could use some remodeling but everything was clean and functioning. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly.

I stayed for two nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable not to mention there's a dunkin donuts across the parking lot. It was quiet at night and for the price in my opinion can't be beat.

Came only to get a new pup from a show-dog breeder. Only cared about proximity, cleanliness, comfort, price and an included full breakfast for our family of five. I got all of that. Yes, there is a trailer park on one side and a lumber yard on the other, but I never heard either. Just don't hope to look out the windows at anything attractive. The pool […] was tiny... Didn't use it. Only one waffle maker; glad there wasn't a wait! Juice maker was the worst possible. Overall, for what I first mentioned, I'd be glad to stay there again. Read more

The hotel was beautiful and very close to all we wanted to do. We stayed two nights and the room was super clean but nothing was replenished in the room such as coffee, cups, ice bucket etc. Overall we had a wonderful experience. The continental breakfast was excellent!

Hotel room was clean and staff was extremely polite. Location is directly across from the on/off ramps of i-95 and a short drive to all Mystic attractions. (10 mins. or less) right next to a Dunkin donuts (great for early mornings) and plenty of Parking. Great choice!

The hotel was terrific - very clean and modern. While we waited to check in, Melissa offered us free coffee which is available 24 hours in the lobby. We requested a quiet room and she suggested the front corner room which had two windows and only one neighboring room. The bed was super comfy, as all Hampton Inn beds are. The hotel is right off the highway […] and across the street from Olde Mistick Village. Had drinks and appetizers at GoFish - excellent! Later had dinner at Mystic Pizza. Great overnight stay. Will be back to do the aquarium and Mystic Seaport another time. Read more

I had a large group (about a dozen people) all book at the hotel as we were traveling in from different areas for company meetings, and everyone in the group was very happy with their stay.

I would recommend this hotel for everyone. It was really a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was pleasant and helpful most of the time!

Was pleasantly surpirsed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. It looked brand new inside and out! Wonderful continental breakfast served each day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, new and well-kept, great service at the front desk, complimentary breakfast downstairs is actually quite good. Saw lots of families who seemed happy. Great location right by the freeway, and the nearby Pizza Grille is solid. Great hotel!

Loved the pool and the very complete continental breakfast. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave us directions to church services for Christmas eve Also faxed info. for my son at no charge. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were all very nice and friendly. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Everyone enjoyed the free hot chocolate during our stay since the weather was quite chilly. The room we stayed in was extremely clean and fresh towels supplied each morning was more than adequate.

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable as well. The heated pool was warm, but the water could have been a little cleaner. This is a strong middle of the road choice. Hotel was clean and had popular amenenities - gym, pool, free breakfast, and 24 hr tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as a microwave for use.

The breakfast buffet was convenient and tasty, the hotel was near attractions we wanted to visit, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. The only suggestion I would have is that the pillows were very squishy. That did not stop either my husband or I from sleeping very well, however.

Really, the only thing that I would have changed would have been to add some additional power outlets on the top of the bed side table. I ended up pulling the bed side table out away from the wall to plug in the power cord to my cell phone that I use as an alarm clock.
