The room was made up, but sheets hadn't been changed since the previous guests, as evidenced by hairs on the sheets. I would have overlooked a nasty stain on a footstool if the rest of the room had been clean. When I found the sheets had not been changed, I no longer wanted to stay, even when offered another room. It wasn't a case of assigning a guest […] to a room that hadn't been prepared, the bed was made nicely, but it was dirty! Neither the manager nor the owner would return my money, even though I had occupied the room less than 5 minutes. I left anyway. No amount of money could have persuaded me to stay. Mostly the place is very nice. The owners are pleasant, good breakfast and our room was very roomy. I guess it hadn't been used lately though because when we turned down the bedspread there was a spider running away. Didn't find any more though. I will still use this hotel when I go to Searcy.

The room was clean and the bed quite comfortable. Breakfast was better than average. The whole facility was well maintained, and service was excellent. It was close to the interstate. My biggest complaint was it set back off on a side street behind a lot full of modular or rv trailers. With out a GPS we would never have found it without calling for […] directions. The desk clerk was very accommodating. I was given my key to the room before check in time and before room was ready which was not a problem. I was pleasantly surprised that a hotel this nice was so reasonably priced. I finally felt good about what I was paying for my stay. In other hotels, I felt like I was paying way to much. This hotel was great and the staff was fantastic, helpful, and friendly.

The hotel was very clean and up to date. It is almost across the street from the hospital. There are plenty of fast food places within 2 blocks and the Rib Crib within a block of the hotel. This hotel is well worth the money.

Very nice Rodeway as we have stayed at a Rodeway in Boise so that is why we chose this particular Inn in Searcy Arkansas. The Manager was so helpful in giving us a great stay for the time we were in town. We will go back if there again.

The only problems we had is that all the rooms with King Size beds are on the second floor and climbing starts are difficult for me. I did not know that they were only available on the second floor. The light above our mirror went out the second day and was not fixed when we left.
