Hotel was clean and new and great service BUT the area is packed with hotels and many ( most) offer bigger, more comfortable, and as new/ modern accommodation for more affordable rates.

Soi 11 has a number of restaurants, bars, and clubs -- a very active night life. The neighborhood is a bit seedy, so be prepared for that. The hotel itself was a good value and the kitchenette was nice for our longer stay. Wifi did not work on mobile devices.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in Bangkok. It's not really a hotel but more of an apartel. This essentially means that there are not many facilities in the hotel (nice top floor pool, small fitness room), but the rooms are decorated with a desk for working, sofa and table, flat screen tv and a good bed. The rooms are decorared quite nicely […] and feel more like a real apartment than a hotel room. They are rather small though, so good for one person, but might be too small for two. There is also a kitchen with microwave and the bathroom is pretty good. The location in Sukhmuvit 11 is excellent, the street itself has many bars, restaurants and hotels. Bed Suppercub nightclub is very close and is worth a look, though a bit overpriced and pretentious. There is a free tuk tuk service to the BTS. Definitily recommend this hotel to those who preder a bit more in room facilities and privacy. If you're looking for a full service hotel with many facilities, then this is probably not for you. As first timers in Bangkok, we had "no idea where to stay" - turns out this location was perfect, a great combo of excellent facilities, restaurants, shopping, skt train, bars and "sights"without being too seedy... Stayed 4 nights prior because I liked it booked an extra 12 nights here, Found the maid very under standing still clean room late in afternoon, as was alls in bed till then. there was no problems room service food was good to, probably will be back again in 6 weeks for few days. Our stay at Citadines Sukumvit Soi 11 Bangkok was quite comfortable. The room was clean and the roof top pool was very nice. It was an easy walk to the BTS Nana and close to a 7-11. Laundry was a bit expensive but the breakfasts were good in the morning at the attached restaurant. We would stay there again.

This is a nice little hotel on soi 11. I have stayed at the citadines on soi 8 and found it good also. We stayed just two nights and did not go for the breakfast , because you had everything you need to cook in your room. My wife and I are regulars. Rooms are immaculate. A request for an extra pillow is dealt with instantly. Front office staff very efficient. Only downside was all night drunken revellers from a nearby bar which is annoying for front room guests. However, this is Bangkok, not the Vatican City so is to be expected and tolerated.

I intend to stay only for 4days in this hotel but in the end i extended another 4.5days. Why? good customer service from the front desk! good location-walking distance from good supermarket where i can all the stuffs i need for cooking a meal. I recently stayed at Citadines Sukhumvit 11 Bangkok in a Two Bedroom Deluxe (sleeps 4, 1 queen in the master room & 2 singles in the second room). The master room had an ensuite which was very convenient for my husband & I. My two younger siblings shared the second room & used the main toilet & separate shower. Great stay, felt like a cozy little house. […] It had a kitchen with all basic utensils available, refrigerator/freezer, dining table, lounge & TV. There was free WIFI but don't expect high speed internet. Friendly staff! Location: easy to get to from the Airport (BKK). Taxi ride 30-45mins & paid 350 Baht plus 70 Baht for the toll. It is off the main road so it was easy to find. The hotel/apartment is also 5mins walk to the nearest BTS (train station). The name of the closest stop is Nana BTS. Shopping: You can catch the train down to Siam BTS (3 stops down), pay 20 Baht for a single ticket (OR you can walk 20mins from the hotel) & go to the Siam Paragon Department Store. Plenty of international brands but probably not for the bargain hunter. Nearby you'll also find Siam Center, Central World, Siam discovery etc. You can walk 10mins further down to go to MBK Shopping Centre (great for bargains - plenty of PC equipment & electronics!) also easily accessible from National Stadium BTS. You can catch the train over to Rachathewi BTS, walk to the main road , turn RIGHT & keep walking to Pantip Plaza & The Platinum Fashion mall for heaps more shopping (use a map)!!! Read more

Ideally situatated with Nana skytrain station at the end of the road. If you don't need the flexibility of a kitchen then there are other hotels nearby that may be better priced. Bangkok restaurants are more expensive than they used to be so unless you're ok with eating from the street stalls then having a kitchen is definitely worth it (even if it […] is only for cereal or porridge for breakfast). Having said that, eating from the food stalls is ok as long as you see it cooked in front of you. Avoid food that's been sat there for an unknown length of time. If it's busy it's probably ok (if it's good enough for thai people, it should be good enough for everyone). Cleaners can come round every day if you ask them to. Citadine hotels are a good value. Same with this hotel. However, Soi 11 is one of the busy bar streets filled with touts for tuk tuks and massage offers. Fine if that is what you want in Bangkok. Otherwise, stay at one of Citadine's other locations.

The NaNa station is about 5-8 min walk from hotel....which is still ok. The room we stay have in had a foul smell even though we ask for non-smoking room, shower area too clamp, and queen size bed looks to me more like a super single bed. Jeg har brukt dette hotellet en del før og jeg er veldig godt fornøyd. Det eneste jeg savner er et større svømmebasseng. Veldig store og fine rom. Nana stasjon er bare 6-7 minutter unna hvis du går. Hotellet har egen tuk tuk som kjører til statsjonen dersom du vil det.

全く問題は無いと思います。コストパフォーマンスはいい。部屋はそこそこの広さで綺麗で快適ですし、掃除もきちんとしてもらえますし。プールも日当たりが良く、ジムも空いてるし。難点はスクンビット通りからＳＯＩ１１のどんつき手前まで歩く事くらい。もっと細かくいろいろな事をホテルに望むなら、高い金額を払ってそれなりの所に行けばいいだけです。バンコクにはたくさんのホテルがありますし。自分は充分満足です。

最近レストランやバーが増え活気あふれるソイ１１の一番奥にあります。 スクンビットからは結構歩きますが、外国人観光客が道ばたのバーで飲んでいるのが面白くあきません。 一階はオーストラリアのパブがあります。ここの朝食は結構うまい。 夜は大変うるさいので、とおりに近い部屋はさけたほうがいいでしょう。 部屋はサービスアパートのようにキッチン、シャワー、クローゼット、ソファ、とひととりあります。 値段の割には価値があるでしょう。 どこに行くにも便利です。

Nana駅から歩ける距離。 但し、道はバンコク共通の露店が占拠して歩きずらく、舗装状況も悪いので大きな荷物を持っての方には勧めない。 ホテルは寝るだけか、安く自炊する人には良いかも。 今回は、シャワーが使えず最低だった。 バンコクの小さなホテルには、ボイラーに依る御湯の供給は無く、各部屋に電気瞬間湯沸かし器が設置してある。 泊まった部屋の湯沸かし器が故障して居り、水しか出ず。 夜遅くメカニックも居ない状態で、水で浴びるしか無かった。 ホテルの謝罪も無く、教えて呉れてありがとうで終わり！

今回で2回目の利用です。チェックイン時も前回同様にスムーズでした、部屋の位置も、エレベーターに遠く、また、道路側ではく、とても静かでしたので、夜はよく眠れました。 部屋自体は、とてもコンパクトにまとまっております。一人の利用ではとても落ち着けました。二人の利用ですと、若干狭いのではないでしょうか。次回もまた、利用したいホテルの一つです。

ロケーションもよくメコン川沿いに出かけるにも、観光エリアをブラブラするにも、タラートサオ（市場）へ出かけるにも便利でした。また近隣にはラオス料理のレストランやジャズバー、ワインバー、コーヒーショップ、スーパー、があります。部屋は後ろ側の景観の悪い部屋でしたが、カーテンを閉めていれば気にならず。予約の時にバルコニーつきの部屋を予約すると正面の部屋になります。 朝食も、ラオスのお粥もありボリュームもありました。ロビーにはフリーで使えるパソコンが２台設置されており便利でした。
