It was our first time experience to stay at apartment, after doing lots of research and tips from people. We decided to stay in apartment instead of hotel. Gold coast Regent Apartment in Surfers Paradise we stayed at during kids school holiday, family of 4. Two adults and two kids under 7. We enjoyed very much our staying there, ocean view and rever […] view. Very clean when we walked in. Kitchen is clean with enough cutlery and cooking appliance to use. We requested room above 10th floor, and we got 15th floor - thank you very much for that. Double bed with ensuite and two single beds with bathroom in the other bedroom for kids (all per requested). Two heated swimming pool is just best part for kids, kids were just demanding to go swimming everyday. Staff were nice and friendly. One flaw though, shower door in ensuite room was broken, it was hard to keep the water splashed inside the shower box during showering. As long as you keep the room as clean as when you check in, no dramas will accur. Overall, we are happy and would definitely come back again in the future. Read more

Close proximity to everything and foyer and surrounding areas clean. The room was poor to say the least for the money paid this room was very dated and had issues with ants. The basin in the ensuite leaked water as did the washing machine. The apartment was old and is in need of an update. The pictures of the pools on the internet is very misleading. The pools are so small they can only be used at night or watchout for when it is sort of quiet.My pool at home is much bigger.I Didn't swim once. These apartments are sitting on a massive block of land it seems silly to have put such tiny swimming pools.All the empty grass lawns and concrete […] space are a waste. We have a great stay at The Regent Apartments,they were centrally located for us as a family,just far enough away from Surfers but just close enough to walk into Cavill Ave if we wanted some night life. The kids loved the pools,especially the slide and the apartment was lovely and roomy for the 4 of us. We were very happy with our stay at the Regent Apartments staff very helpful the only thing Lucy couldn't fix was the weather. The heated indoor pool was a bonus ideal spot for Surfers and Broadbeach we used the Surf Club on the beach just at the bottom of the street had a lovely stay and would love to come back there next time we visit the Gold Coast.. […] There are a few convenience stores within 2 min walk if you do not wish to go to the larger shop which are also within easy reach. Stayed at the Regent Apartments for 5 nights with my wife and 3 children and would definitely stay there again. The apartment although maybe a little tired was spacious and clean.

The apartment was really spacious and good location (beach was minutes walk and close to surf life guard station). The apartments are big and clean. The kitchen and laundrey are well equiped. The location is great near the beach and 10 mins to main area. We had a great experience. The room was hugh, and clean with good views. The location was great 50 meters to some small shops and 200 meters the the surf club, great for dinner with kids. The hotel has one extra thing, the heated indoor pool, when the weather was not so good, was very useful. I would recommend this place.

ロケーションもよく、セキュリティーが徹底していた。夫婦で8泊の長期滞在であったが、自炊施設、洗濯機・乾燥機もついており全てに満足。今回利用の部屋はシャワーのみで、バスタブが恋しかった。 外の室内プールに付属してサウナ室・ジャグジーが有りここで体を温めることはできる。 レンターカーを借りての滞在であったので、地下に無料の駐車場が割り当てられ、空きスペースを気にすることなくこの点もよかった。 宿泊代は早期予約でリーズナブルプライスで利用出来た。ただしルームサービスを要望すれば(タオル交換・シーツ交換・部屋の掃除)はすべて別料金に成る。 次回も利用したい。
