We loved the room - it was spacious, open and had all the necessities. The location is excellent, close to good restaurants and shopping. The problem was the management's handling of this issue: at 12:20am, the front desk calls to inform us that the room next door had a leak and asking us to contact them right away if we notice any water leaking into […] our room. Fifteen minutes later, major construction noise starts next door (drills, saws, multiple loud voices, heavy duty fans) and lasts for MORE THAN THREE HOURS (from 12:45AM-4:00AM). When we brought this to the front desk's attention the next morning, the clerk told us they had no other rooms because they were booked up and apologized "for the inconvenience". They should have at least offered to pay for our one-night stay or done something to make it right. Read more

The over hotel was fine but the room we reserved was not available for us when we checked in. This is the second time booking with hotels.com and not getting the room I reserved. This is especially a problem when traveling with multiple people and expecting multiple beds!!

Nothing spectacular, but nothing to balk at either. The 2 queen larger room was very spacious. The only complaint my husband had was he thought the bath towels were washed with kitchen linens as he thought they smelled like ketchup and coffee...my nose must not be as sensitive.

I had stayed here once when I got rerouted and ended up heading through San Bernardino. It is such a nice place to stay that I booked it intentionally when I ended up through this area again.

This is the best place in the San Bernardino area to stay. The hotel is clean the rooms are nice, comfortable, clean and modern. It is not cheap to stay here but you get what you pay for. They provide a shuttle for the local area, breakfast and a pleasant staff. The hotel area is safe and clean which is much better than places on Hospitality drive. […] There are not any good restaurants close by as the hotel is a bit out of the way. The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The rooms were comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The only negative items are as follows: 1. Coffee maker is located in the bathroom (gross) 2. Walls are very thin so we could hear our neighbors when they came in and started talking. The Hotel does provide ear plugs because they are so close to […] the freeway (and maybe because they know how thin the walls are).Other than that, it is located at the base of the mountain so if you are skiing in Big Bear this is a decently priced hotel. There are 2 restaurants located a next to the hotel and they offer a 10% discount to guests. The Hotel also offers a continental breakfast but we left early so we did not try it. We picked this hotel because it was very close to the soccer complex which was hosting our tournament. The rooms were clean and quite functional. Breakfast was great with a variety of foods for all. Good, clean hotel. Excellent friendly service. Breakfast service was superb. Staff showed that they cared about the customers. Very conveniently located. Right off the highway with shopping centers and restaurants very close by. 1 hour to Big Bear Lake ski resort for those want to ski or spend a day at the resort. Recommended!!!

It was perfect for our situation. We are seniors who were attending a family celebration nearby, and didn't want to drive the distance late at night. The hotel was well-priced for this reason, and the bed was comfy. I also liked the walk-in shower!

overall not a bad hotel. Well kept and the staff very friendly. The morning breakfast was adequate. My complaint is the quality of the towels. I'm not saying they need to supply super quality towels like I use at home or at fancier hotels but I do believe they could spend a little more money on decent size towels and material. Great place.Super clean. Made us feel we were the first people in the room. Extra clean everywhere you looked. The only downside.... right by freeway and the AM traffic is a bit much. We ran the A/C on fan setting to white noise the traffic.

Hotel is convenient to Cabazon Outlet Mall and Big Bear Lake. Breakfast was better than most free hotel setups and the coffee is pretty good. There's a casino bus we saw people using as well. Clean rooms, big showers, fairly comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Stayed there for wedding. About 10 rooms occupied with family. Nice staff, very confy beds! Clean pool area. Good choices on breakfast. Came back three days later after short visit to another city. Convenient location not far from I-10.

Overall, this hotel was well maintained and our room was clean. One issue was with the air conditioning..when the unit was cooling the room it was very cold air coming out and then when it would shut off, the room would quickly become stuffy. Needs to be better regulated.
