"overpriced at this location"
this hotel way overpriced for this out of date unit very dirty bad odour very noisy in room understood at time of bookin g no charge for parking plus breakfast used for overflow from main building not happyGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"I would not stay again"
Clean and tidy but a bit smells old and musky. Beds were squeaky, T.V. was old not that it mattered because we didn't watch much. No insulation from the noise outside. I could hear people talking outside in the parking lot at 1AM and we were on the second floor. I would not stay at this location again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"within walking distance of most things"
Great price, clean room....super for smokers as the balcony is right there!!! For the money we would go back for sure!! 10 minute walk to the falls, 3 minute walk to Clifton Hills and the old casino is right across the street. Friendly staff....good bang for the buck!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
first room reaked of cat urine/ went back to office quickly changed/ kept up all night roudy patrons kicking the doors / yelling omgGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Bates Motel better."
I am not a picky traveler, but this sucked! First off, Took us over half hour of driving up and down Victoria Ave to find the place, and only after asking 2 people and finally phoning hotel for directions. There online map is NO help at all. The place is hidden behind there partner Hotel, The Country Inn. Secondly, had to pay for parking, NOT in advert. […] thirdly, The pool and "Hotub" where in the Country Inn side, so not convenient. Hottub there looked nice, but Cold. People came and left. Fourly, The room looked like an old storage space converted into 2 queens and the bathroom had a quarter roll of toilet paper on roll when we checked in. Lastly, your "balcony' view is of a parking lot. As I said, I generally don't whine and complain, but a total disappointment for us. No wonder it is hidden out of sight. This is the motel building located at the "Country Inn & Suites" which a little confusing looking at photos, because some are from the motel and some are from the aforementioned hotel. But you do get to use the pool and facilities in the hotel, and for the price this motel can't be beat - feels like a hotel inside, quiet, clean, and well maintained […] . "It is a motel and not an hotel."
It was not pleasant. We were made to think, from your advert, that it is an hotel but turned out to be a motel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
my stay was satisfactory, but I thought the 10 dollar parking charge was a bit much. I've never had to pay for parking at any other hotel in my travels therefore I will not be visiting your hotel again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice hotel, near everything"
We went with another couple for my Birthday, we both had heart shaped jacuzzi rooms. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was great, and well worth the upgrade from the standard room. The hotel was close to everything. The casino was right across the street and it was only a 3 minute walk to the main strip […] of Clifton Hill. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We wanted a few more pillows and towels, I went to front desk and they gave them to me right away and the friends we were with wanted the same thing but they had none left at front desk, but had them delivered to her room in less then 5 minutes. The customer service at this hotel for us was Great. We will defiantly stay at this hotel again! :) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to Casino and short walk to restaurants."
We had an enjoyable time with friends from the states. One of the rooms was nice for playing cards, but unfortunately our rooms were not as close as we would have liked. Was a little noisy the last night as a tail gate party was held in the parking lot under our window until around 3:00 a.m. Not a good nights sleep.Genuine Expedia guest review
it was ok. close to everything but just your average cheap hotel. actually it wasnt that cheap!Genuine Expedia guest review
"New favorite place to stay!!"
Room was clean, air con. Worked wonderful. The bed very comfy. Recommend Inn By the Falls.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Every thing was ok, hot tub was great!! no wifi at hotel we had to go next door to courtyard inn for wifi. The coffee maker needs replacing. Mould on inside of old unit and when I left a note for housekeeping it was overlooked. Glasses were not replaced and there was not a refrigerator or microwave in the room for the price we paid.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Family week-end trip"
Hotel was easy to find. Great location. It was clean and staff was friendly. The only disadvantage that there was no fridge in the unit, but it wasn't a big deal since we've been out all day and just needed a place to sleep. Overall I would go back for the price, location and hospitality of the staff in summer time since there is no need to spend extra […] bucks on accommodation which you are going to enjoy for only few hours. Not bad for the price. Clean rooms, no need to drive, most attractions are within walking distance, 5-15 minutes. Friendly staff, $8 parking per night. No ridge in room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I loved our stay, was closed to falls and clifton hill and the shops. Room surprised us, we were expecting very little because of the low price and knowing it was an older hotel, but was pleasantly surprised how well kept our room was, we had the hottub and king size bed and it exceeded our expectations. it was ok ,good price for the night . room was ok clean staff was nice .had a hard time with door lock ,didn't want to open .Genuine Expedia guest review

"Good for what it is."
No WIFI in the room but it was available in the lobby of the sister hotel across the drive. A decent place to stay for a reasonable price. A short walk from the amusement area and waterfront.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good for the price."
The location is great because it's close to Clifton Hill. Compared to the price of other nearby hotels, this is ok if you're on a certain budget. If you're just gonna rest or sleep there, it's your place. The bedroom and washroom are clean and comfy. What I didn't like is that the coffee maker isn't working, and there's no fridge. The remote control […] for the tv isn't working too. And, no breakfast. But anyhow, if you're on a budget and still you want a good place to rest, I recommend this place. "close to all must see sights"
staff very friendly - was told it was a smoking room, but there is no smoking in the hotel, but we had a balcony which was great - complimentary coffee and tea (no green tea) and cookies were appreciated - location was very convienent - would return to this hotelGenuine Hotels.com guest review
AC did not work it was way too hot and made a bad noise. The check in for this hotel was closed so had to check in at the Country Inn instead. Nasty carpetGenuine Expedia guest review
Okay location - a bit of a hike from the Falls but nice clean room. The hot tub was loud and not relaxing though!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Well, room smelt like cigarette smoke, for a non-smoking hotel. I you had to check-in at a "different" hotel. Although its close to Clifton Hill, 100$ doesn't get you much in Niagara Falls now.Genuine Expedia guest review
The staff was very polite, made the stay all the better Rooms were clean great upkeepGenuine Expedia guest review
"Always a great stay"
Been here many of times... they are repainting rooms and out side trying to make it look better. You cant beat the location of this Hotel for the price. We stay here all the time due to the close walk to the stripGenuine Expedia guest review
"close to most things."

"clean and close to everything"
Nice room no frills but clean and close to everythingGenuine Expedia guest review
Room needs upgrades , the bed is not comfortable - old not a pillowtop, coffee maker didn't work. Heart shaped jetted tub was great. Overall for the price, you get what you pay for but was ok with that.Genuine Expedia guest review
"close to downtown"
Tv not working, room way too hot,we itched all night long. Very close to clifton hill, service good amenities okay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Stayed here a few times and we love the location. It is walking distance to everything yet its not where all the noise is. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortableGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location but was very disappointed at the condition of the room. Ripped bed sheets, shoddy walls, and the stained carpets had not been vacuumed. Will definately not stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Clean room, walking distance to the falls"
The room and bathroom were clean, which is the most important factor. The room was within walking distance to all the major activity of Niagara Falls. I would return to this hotel for sure.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Room smelled awefull, would never stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
We had a wonderful time here. The rates were affordable, the location was amazing and we were provided with great service from the front desk. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

This is a great place to stay. The room was very clean and comfy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Overall it was a great experience!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Our room had a very very bad smell. We had to use the pool at the hotel next door since it didn't have it's own.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to Clifton Hills and not so loud surrounding"
We did enjoy our stay, specially the pool at the Comfort Inn... Would recommend it as it was clean and had tons of towels... We went with our two kids and the beds were comfy... Overall it was value for the money..Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ok for the price"
The hotel was a great deal and in a great location. The room was dated, smelled of smoke and was musty. I wouldn't stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We had problem on our bed - one leg was actually missing. This was fix the next day. The AC and overall the room did not feel good at all. If we had known, we would have picked up another hotel altogether. We also got hit with paying for parking at the hotel itself at higher rate compared to next door. And then + taxes too!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"I am dissapoint.."
Unfortunately, this is the worst that I have had to endure for booking last minute. This hotel is quite nice from the outside, I had a great large window and it was a great location to most attractions. However, it was a lot less pleased with the inside, and was very much mislead. In other words, it reeked of soot and smoke, was outdated and dingy, […] and overall I did not feel comfortable or cozy by the end of my long days. Overall, not up for a redo, and would pay substantial amounts to stay elsewhere.. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
I was not expecting the Ritz but did hope for something a little more up to date. The room was very shabby but at least the beds were clean I guess...Genuine Expedia guest review
"Quiet and Cozy"
My husband and I loved this place. It was very clean and loved that it shared a pool over at country inn and suites. just a few steps away. We found our stay very quiet and found it nice and close to everything. Clifton hill was only a 5 minute walk and the falls about a 20 minute walk. The room for amenities was very basic in terms of only having a […] little coffee maker and a hair dyer. Overall we are very satisfied and would stay here again if we go back to Niagara falls Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good for the price.. great location."
Seems that the Courtside Inn now runs this hotel. You check in there and use there pool and hot tub. The rooms are clean and for the price I paid for the room I was COMPLETLY satisified with the room. Its a great location. Casino Niagara is right across the road 5 minute walk as well as 5 minutes from Clifton Hill. If your looking for a cheap night […] with a good location you need to go!
