Just got stack there .Breakfast very poor.Tea/coffee was cold and mentioned to the attendant but did not take any action.Its like nobody cares.It can be a good place though.The pictures on the website are misleading as there is no bar now

Service was great,room was clean,breakfast was good and we were actually surprised that a Boxing Match was happening in the ballroom so we were actually able to see/meet a few boxers- an adventure my sister will remember for a VERY LONG TIME!!!!!

Bed was at a 45 degree angle to the wall …had to move it and fix the frame AC was unplugged….had to figure out how to power it up Desk moved left to right 4-6 inches (all of the leg bolts were loose) Desk had a visible 4 inch break in the side of it Desk light had no bulb in it Bathroom counter top is so close to the toilet you have to lean to the right […] to do your business Cold water faucet was hot and vice versa Toilet paper dispenser is built into the wall with a metal cover…when I pulled on the toilet paper the entire roll fell out……device to hold the TP in place was missing As you are taking a shower you had to continually make the water hotter since it would get cold like it was running out of hot water (there could not have been more than 30 people staying at that hotel that night) Kept looking for the candid cameras. The good- the front desk staff was very friendly. The bad- way too noisy. The walls must be paper thin, because you could hear every conversation and step foot in the hall in our room. The housekeeping staff was lousy. They only made one of the two beds, they took the cardboard roll from the empty toilet paper away but wouldn't give us a new roll […] of toilet paper. The next day my roomate was sleeping still when they came to "clean." I aske them to please come back later. 5 minutes later they were back. I asked through the door to please come back later and they started to come in. I asked again for them to come back later and a woman who seemed to be a manager said it was her last room and I asked them to skip us for the day. About 10 minutes later they came back again, by now my roomate had been woken up and told them to go away. I didn't like the beat up wall in the bathroom and the falling off the wall towel rack. The ok- the continental breakfast wasn't anything special but it wasn't that bad either. They didn't able a waffle maker and decent coffee. The mini muffins were super sense but edible. Nice rooms with new furniture and flat screen tv's. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Just hate that all rooms don't have microwave and refrigerator but there is a microwave in the lobby. Would definitely stay again. I booked through Expedia.

I was in town for NCA&TSU's Homecoming. When I arrived the desk clerk was extremely helpful with a situation I had. The room was clean and I had no real problems overall. The only real complaint I have is there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the room.

I had to switch to another room because the bathroom started to flood . The toilet had a major leak. The next room, the iron ruined an $80.00 shirt because it started leaking through the wholes where stream should come out. Brown rusty water got all over my white linen shirt. Just really ruined it completely.

When my boyfriend and I first drove up to the hotel, we were a little skeptical because of the location but once we walked in, it looked very pleasing. We took the elevator up to the 3rd floor and slowly walked into our room, it was better than we imagined. Everything was pretty much perfect. I think this is a good place to stay for business. The rooms are clean a spacious. The breakfast is adequate but the service is great from the shuttle service to the front desk. All around it is all you need to get the job done.

I have stayed here before when it was a different hotel. This place was much better. It is still missing some small things. Like there was no refrigerator in the room, and the breakfast was kind of small. But I can see that they plan on adding more to the breakfast room. I will stay here again.

Good hotel for the price. Convenient location. Room was clean, but bathroom tub was peeling and bathroom counter pertrudes over the toilet bowl?? Requested one item, and never received it. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

The hotel is in a bad location. If you do not have a car be prepared to walk 1/2 mile to dinner along a highway service road. The restaurant was not open. In thie Hotels.com description it was listed as having a restuarant but it did not. The pool wa filled with Green water. Obviously not working. They do not have their own shttle service to the airport […] and teh service is spotty. Be prepared to wait at the airport. I do not recommed staying here. Read more

Children extremely disappointed pool closed for renovation..we should have been advised pool closed before confirming reservation. Pool should be renovated in winter months, not in July & August.

While checking in it came to our attention that the pool was closed for repairs. The hallways & elveator were hot the whole weekend. They advertised a free shuttle to area attractions when I asked the evening we checked in they told us no problem, when I went to make a reservation I was treated very rudely and was told that a mile 1/2 down the road […] was out of thier insurance range. Went to get coffee 15 minutes after breakfast stopped and was told again rudely that breakfast ended at 10:00 after repeating that several times he decided to be nice and make a pot. Upon our return the second night the whole loung/resturant was closed for a party. Leaving us having to go somewhere else to enjoy our evening. Woke up the last day and found a dead roach in the bathroom. While unpacking our clothes at home we found another alive in my daughters bag. The evening staff and the lounge staff was very friendly .
