Staying at a 4 star hotel I was expecting more from it. Like the washer took hours to finish and there was no dryer as stated on the web site. Also they said to have slippers and a robe neither of these was provided either. The location was very Quiet which is good for Duabi bit out of the way of most areas.

The staff were extremely helpful and assisted with any queries. The hotel itself is in a good location Mankhool Road with quick transfer to the bus station in Dubai. The rooms were clean and very spacious with all modcons. Very reasonable rate for this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend break in Dubai.

I was very well greeted with my dad. The service workers were extremely helpful and professional. They take extra care for the elderly and disabled person. We slept very well, no noise was heard. Do not stay at this hotel. It is outdated, the furniture is worn, there are bugs, the tvs are old, there was not one in my bedroom, inconveniently located on a back road and had a funny odor. I was so disgusted that I checked out and went to another hotel.

This hotel is a very good deal for its amenities. I stayed here on a weekend with coworkers. The room offered more space than we needed, and was cery reasonably priced. Arrived in taxi, no bell boy had to bring all my luggage in. Reception could not find my prepaid reservation. Left for appointment. Very happy with my stay in this hotel. The room was very big and clean. A couple of issues though: Wifi is chargeable and cost about £25 a day and taxi drivers tends to have issues to find the hotel (just have a map with you).

Unfortunately, the hotel location lets this property down. Taxi drivers even struggled to find it. There is nothing nearby to walk to i.e. shops, etc. The room had an unpleasant smell when we arrived which dispersed slightly when the air conditioning was on. The bed was super comfortable but the breakfast was below par.

We stayed over two nights in separate rooms and were underwhelmed with the experience. The apartments were large and had all the fittings of an apartment but very few features of a hotel. There was no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. Dirty and shabby room. No natural light. Corridors like a prison. Aircon so noisy it wasn't possible to sleep with it. Cold breakfast. Omelet with hair in it. No tea and coffee in the room. Order of tea for the room took an hour to deliver. Rubbish place.

It's a very plain but clean hotel-apartment suited for families. The lobby had sparse furniture, but then again no one really hangs out in a lobby unless you're in a 5-star hotel. My main complaint is that it is located in a street where there are absolutely no street lights. The hotel was not even lit. Unless you are standing in front of the sign, […] you cant differentiate this from the next apartment building. Check in and out was fast although the supposed law of Dubai of collecting all passports of those staying in the hotel is unnerving. There is no reason for this. As long as you have a credit card and one identification card of ONE of the occupants, that should be enough. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is quite and comforting, Highly recommended for Family and Couples. Room come with a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel lacks a dining restaurant, but the neighboring restaurant make up for this.

Wir suchten nach einem preiswerten Hotel in der Nähe der City vom Dubai. Trotz der angegebenen ca. 1 km Entfernung ist man aber doch auf auf weitere Verkehrsmittel angewiesen. Das liegt aber auch an der weitläufigkeit von Dubai. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten das Hotel zu finden. Die Straßenangabe ist für Ortsunkundige quasi völlig unbrauchbar. Umso überraschender, […] dass die Buslinie C1 rund um die Uhr vom Airport bis an ca. 500 m zum Hotel fährt und demanch der Metro sogar vorzuziehen ist. Skal man kun bruge hotellet som et sted at sove, så er det vel fint nok. Vi spiste kun én måltid på hotellet, og det var morgenmad den første morgen. Denne blev serveret på plastik tallerken, og med plastik bestik. Den varme mad var kold og smagsløs, og brødet man fik var 2 stykker tørt toastbrød, med tilhørende toastost, den slags man kender fra en […] grillbar. Rigtig godt hotel med lejligheder i Dubai. Det ligger lidt gemt i området Bur Dubai, men en kort gåtur gennem en lille smøge fører til en af hovedvejene i området, hvor bl.a. et supermarked og en McDonalds ligger. Supermarkedet har som tilføjelse alt, hvad hjertet begærer; lige fra et stort udvalg i slik, morgenmadsprodukter og dagligvarer til fyldepenne, […] fjernstyret helikoptere og elektroniske baby-alarmer. Hotellet har en fremragende service, og vil altid gøre det bedste for gæsten. Dog er engelsk-kunstskaberne hos nogle af receptionisterne ikke formidable. Vi ringede fx efter en gryde til at koge æg i. Efter lidt tid kom piccoloen med to gafler. Vi forklarede at vi ville koge æg, hvor han hurtigt efter kom med en pande. Vi takkede, og 'nøjedes' med at stege æggene. Det trækker ikke ned i bedømmelsen, for de ansatte vil kun det bedste for gæsterne. Det är långt till allt i Dubai, men vill man bo på ett hotell som ligger hyfsat mitt i stan bör man välja detta. Det tar lika lång tid att gå till floden som till tunnelbanan (20-25 min). Vidare så ligger hotellet i ett väldigt lugnt område, man slipper vakna klockan fem på morgonen av böneutrop från moskéer. Personalen var även väldigt hjälpsam och […] rummet var stort och renligt med komplett kök till ett lågt pris. Det enda minuset var att det stod i specifikationen att rummet skulle ha balkong, men så var inte fallet. Read more

Jätte fint och fräscht hotell, super trevlig personal. Fräsch pool uppe på taket. Ligger relativt nära till både staden och stranden, men taxi är så billigt där nere så det är inga problem och färdas dit! Finns några mindre gallerior i närheten samt en food court om man inte vill ta sig ända ner till centrum. Rekomenderas!

A noi l'albergo e' piaciuto, le sistemazioni standard sono enormi (camera, grande cucina, salotto con dicvano letto, balcone e DUE bagni!) e il personale molto gentile. La cucuina ha forno a microonde, bollitore e tostapane, manca un po' di stoviglie e posate, ma basta chiedere e loro le forniscono! La posizione e' in un quartiere nuovo e non ci sono […] molti locali attorno, ma c'e' un comodissimo supermercato appena dietro. Non abbiamo mai avuto difficolta' a trovare taxi (il nostro mezo di trasporto abituale) e la collocazione dell'Holtel e' comoda perche' a meta' strada tra la parte vecchia di Dubai (Deira e il Bur) e la parte nuova.
