Our first room was dirty. Not only did it smell, but when we inspected the sheets, they had hair all over the pillows. Management on duty quickly gave us another room. It was much better!

We enjoyed our 2-night stay. Front desk staff are friendly. Breakfast had protein items available. The room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was housekeeping staff talking loudly in the hallways. It made it difficult to nap.

The hot, continental breakfast was awesome! They had a little bit of everything to offer. The room was very small (micro) and the bed was hard. However, the room had beautiful decor and the bathroom was nice.

We had a single room for a one night stay. The hotel appeared to be recent construction. It was clean and well maintained. The room was small and didn't have a refrigerator. Our first room was not completely clean. There were crumbs on the counter in bedroom, dirty towel on sink and toilet not flushed. However when I complained to front desk, they promptly got us a clean room. Coffee at breakfast was so weak you could see through it.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to the interstate and easy to find. The linens and restroom were clean. Cons: The room was very small and the hotel was showing obvious signs of age. Although we were in a non-smoking room, there was a very strong cigarette odor in our hallway.

An alarm went off at 4:40 (fire alarm) Breakfast wasn't even close to being ready at 5:30 in the morning. Lobby smelled like smoke from cigarettes, and the room had another smell.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds but that was not what I received when we checked in. When I ask about the difference I was told that I had to contact Hotels.com and see what they did. We had a room with a single almost queen size. I guess that is a queen suite by Microtel's standers.

When I checked in, I find out the only elevator is out of order and I an on the fourth floor. I told the clerk I had shoulder surgery 2 months ago to which she replied, "At least you'll get your exercise." Really? After 2 trips up and down the stairs to carry my luggage, I'm ready for a shower and there is no shampoo. I call the front desk and am told […] they hotel is out of shampoo but he maid's cart is next to her and she see if there was one. She found one and said I could have it. When I realized I was not going to have it delivered to my room, I said I couldn't walk up and down 4 flights of stairs to which she replied ok. I just said I guessed I would have to make do. there was no soaps in the room had to go down and ask, there were dirty towels hanging behind the bathroom door when we arrived, the towels could use a good dose of fabric softner it was like using sand paper to dry off with. the tub didn't drain well. Beds were very comfortable.

The hotel was great! Staff friendly, I would stay at the same hotel again however, I will bring my stock of liquor next time because Conway arkansas along with many surrounding cities is a dry county! They don't even sell hot beer at the gas station!! But drove 15 minutes outside of Conway to get beer!!!

Stayed two nights. Room is rather small but since was visiting family and only there to sleep, space was adequate. TV would only go part way up. Suppose this was to not bother other guests and was not a problem. Continental breakfast was good. Overall, I would probably recommend to a friend.

hotel was nice, but the elevator was AWFUL. The place really needs TWO elevators, but the one they had was SLOW, plus it must have had some sort of programming problem. More than once, I got on at the 3rd floor and hit the #1 button, only to have it go on up to the 4th floor where NO ONE was waiting, then have it come back down to the 3rd floor where […] NO ONE was waiting, then down to the 2nd floor where NO ONE was waiting, then down to the 1st floor. Plus, more than once there wasn't room for us on the elevator because the cleaning people were on it with their large cleaning carts. We finally gave up on the elevators and started using the stairs.
