I thought if this property turned out to be a bad choice, it was only for 12 hours & I could put up with it. Imagine my surprise to find what a fantastic property this is. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very pleasant, friendly, and helpful desk clerk (Bernard...GOOD JOB!) and my registration went fast. Bernie at the front desk was exceptional. He always greeted us with a smile and cookies in the evening. We stayed 10 nights. Although our room was clean, housekeeping varied from day to day. Very thin walls. One night had a dog whining and barking for several hours. All four nights the person next to me left their TV on all night and you could clearly hear it. Had to travel to Port Charlotte for family business and our stay was very pleasant. Accommodations very nice for the price. Breakfast was better than expected, except when Monday came things were a bit different; offerings weren't as good and slightly rude staff packed things up early. Other than that, very satisfied!

The hotel was located close to the freeway, but far enough to avoid noise. Not real close to the harbor. The hot tub was temporarily out of order, but we did not have time to use it anyway. Nice clean rooms; no odors; nice breakfast included.

Stayed at this hotel for 5days 6nights. Staff was courtious and very helpful. Rooms were clean and fairly new. Beds comfortrable. We also had a Pet Dog staying with us and had no problem with the staff or areas to walk her in. Close to resturants and shopping. My wife and I will stay here again.

My family of 5 got in around 11:30 pm, so slept in. Thought continental breakfast was until 10am, so walked down at 9:30am. Everything was gone, but the front desk clerks noticed us and both came out to help. They made time to serve us whatever we wanted and were so friendly. The room was very nice for the price and everyone was so kind.

We had a hot breakfast every morning with a variety of choices of other cold items to choose. Everyone was very friendly and the location was convenient to other locations as it was close to I75. The only complaint was we had a room next to the soft drink machine and ice machine which got noisy at times.

This hotel was a very good value for the money. I stayed there on a business trip and was very happy with how spacious the room was. It was set up with nice sized living room area with a large work table as the room divider. The room had modern finishes that you would expect in a hotel costing more.
