In Ponca City, this is about what you would expect for a HIE. No frills. Spider in my sink. But otherwise pretty standard HIE furnishing and layout. Gym ok -- nothing special. Cookie when you arrive was nice. That said, price for this place was ridiculous. Higher than what you would pay in most larger cities.

This room was generally fine to stay in... However, I arrived to find the housekeeping wash rag still hanging on the shower. There was ZERO water pressure, and the walls were so thin, I had to buy earplugs to sleep, due the man next to me snoring like a lumberjack...

This is a delightful surprise every time we visit Ponca City. The hotel is very nice, with a wonderful breakfast room and great food. A variety of coffees are complimentary 24 hours a day (I think!). The rooms are kept spotless and the decor is quite modern. Excellent staff everywhere.

The hotel was very nice and well maintained. Check in was quick and easy and the room was comfortable. Our only issue was that even though the do not disturb sign was on the door, the maid knocked on the door twice and on the second occasion came in the room. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our bed was very comfortable. Hotel was centrally located, plenty of parking. Fresh baked cookies at front desk. The breakfast was good, pancakes, eggs scrambled or omelet, biscuits and gravy, ham or bacon,bagels, cereals, fruit, sweet rolls, coffee, fruit juices, yogurt. I would definitely stay there again..

The nonsmoking hotel room was spotless and nicely furnished. It was one of the most comfortable I've ever taken. The only issue I had was there was a sewing needle sticking out of the arm chair in the room and I didn't realize it was there until I sat down and put my arm on the chair and the needle stuck into my hand. We stayed at this location as a one night getaway. It was very clean the staff was courtious and very helpful. We used the hot tub and pool, both were nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the dining area was well thoughtout. Overall we had a great time and would go back again.

This was our second stay in the last 7 months and it was as nice as the first & it looks like a new hotel. Both times we only stayed 1 night & didn't have much interaction with the staff. Check-in was smooth and easy & they're very friendly. This trip we had to make last minute arrangements and there were not a lot of choices in town other than 1/2 […] star hotels and we didn't want to take the chance on those. The only option left at this hotel was a King suite and it was very clean & roomy. A good option if you planned to stay more than one night. The free breakfast is good (except the eggs) with plenty of hot & cold choices. The hotel is located on 'the main drag' (although a little hidden from sight) so plenty of retail & restaurants around.
