Hotel Inn and Suites has become our staple go to place. You always know they will be clean, friendly, and way more than you expect. The AC worked well and it was super needed, friendly staff, warm hearty breakfast - what more could you want for this price point?

We were shocked to find dirty sheets on the bed...hotel had only one person working and she had to leave the front desk to come and change the sheets. They clearly needed more than one person working, and better attention to housekeeping.

I had reserved two beds BUT was given only one (Full). I was not happywith that. They did not clean our room or give us new towels or other items such as coffee, soap, shampoo for the next day stay.

The hotel was nice as such but the people over there were not so great. The lady who was serving the breakfast had a temper and was not too happy that there were quite a lot of people for breakfast. The front desk person was looking for a bottle opener which I was wondering if he had for such a long time before coming out saying they did not have one. […] The nice thing is that there was a safeway less than 0.5 mile and so I got all what I needed. Newer hotel in Klamath, very comfortable, pleasent customer service, especially at the breakfast service. Good stopping point to sped some time touring the parks around the area, crater lake is a must see.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the heated pool and the free continental breakfast which was better than your average continental breakfast. Close to our relatives house! We had a great stay and will stay here again.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast in the morning. The swimming pool was great, the kids loved it. Nice workout room but the treadmills definitely need some service. The internet service really doesn't work well. I was able to check email but several other websites wouldn't work on the service and the connection was really slow. i have never spent this much on a hotel...ever. and for myhusband we staued there. first...for 3 of us there was 1 towel in our bath, and when i called to get ore i was told sorry but we have no towels. we never got any more. then we tried to use the pool and there were no towels there either. when it came t breakfast there was not enough food for the […] amount of people eating. when i questioned the staff they said that they were almost full and did not have enough of anything for those staying there. when i complained i was also told that they could not take complaints but if i could give them i positie they would pass that on. for the high price you would think that our comforts would be met. we went to a different hotel the next night that was over 1/2 the price and had great service. this hotel was terrible and full of blind excuses. i demand some sort of refund. Absolutely no complaints on hotel, the staff was great, but the internet access was painfully slow. I was in Klamath Falls for business and needed to catch up on emails and prepare for the next days meetings. I hope they get this fixed before my next visit.

I recently spent one night at the Holiday Inn Express in Klamath Falls and was satisfied with my stay there. The price was reasonable, the room was comfortable, I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The pool and hot tub are small and the coffee leaves a lot to be desired. Overall I was very pleased and would stay there again.

The desk clerk was missing when we got there and had no smile or apology when she eventually arrived. Absolutely the worst sheets ever. They were horribly pilled and it made for a very uncomfortable night.
