It was perfect. Service impeccable...Staff very friendly and accomodating .Hotel location nice and quiet after hustle of Old Town over the Charles Bridge. Our room opening onto the garden courtyard was wonderful. Breakfast out doors daily equipped with a mother duck sitting on 12 eggs, and the ducklings making their appearence before our departure. The whole trip was a ten!

We found the staff very accommodating and helpful. They had transportation tickets we could purchase for varying time periods. They arranged for a taxi to the the airport when we departed. The breakfasts were very adequate with a large variety of items to choose from. We loved the uniqueness of our room. All facilities (bathroom, TV, elevators) worked very well.

Friendly staff, quiet, nice view (nothing famous), walking distance to Charles Bridge and (across Vltava River) the Old Town.

The heart of the city, Stare Mesto's historic buildings are splendidly preserved. The focal point is the cobbled main square, on which stand the Jan Hus Monument, the Old Town Hall and its astronomical clock, and the Gothic spires of Our Lady of Tyn. This hotel is in the heart of town, perfectly located near down the street from the main bridge and in the middle of the main shopping area. All of this yet it's still very quiet. The staff was wonderful. All spoke perfect English and were kind and helpful. We were upgraded to a gorgeous room with a balcony and a kitchenette (with stove burners and […] all) at no extra charge. It was spacious, extremely comfortable and the bathtub was to die for. If you're ever in Prague I highly recommend this hotel. You get a lot for your money. Read more

Très bel emplacement (à 100 mètres de la Tour Poudrière) et de la Vieille Ville, accueil excellent, chambre très cosy et moderne… Que du positif pdt ces 5 jours. A recommander.

"Kempinski Hybernska - Luksus i sentrum"
Hvis du vil betale litt ekstra og få mye ekstra luksus er dette stedet å være. Utefor sesnongen trenger det ikke å bli så dyrt og det er absolutt verdt det! Menneskene som jobber her er også utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Hotellet ligger bare noen meter fra Powder Tower og Smetana Hallen hvor de har klassiske konserter hver dag. Shoppinggater og senter […] er heller ikke langt unna. Dette er et sted jeg ser frem til å komme tilbake til! Read more

Hôtel refait à neuf, suite très agréable, spacieuse, éclairée avec grand balcon. En somme, très classe sans être ostentatoire. Coin cuisine très appréciable avec tout le nécessaire. Une petite attention fort appréciable : une boîte d'excellents cookies. Restauration ecxellente. tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour dans cette ville magnifique. […] Le personnel est de plus toujours à votre écoute. Seul inconvénient : le centre de SPA n'est pas à l'hôtel même si très proche et c'est un club donc non réservé à la clientèle de l'hôtel. Siamo stati 3 notti al Kempinski. L'albergo è nuovissimo pari allo stardard 5 stelle, a due passi dal centro storico. Il personale è molto professionale e la camera standard molto accogliente. L'albergo ha il carattere del classico albergo internazionale situato però in un palazzo storico con all'interno uno splendido giardino dove poter rilassarsi […] dopo le lunghe camminate praghesi.
