I can't say enough nice things about the staff here. They even remembered us from our stay 3 months prior, to which we were pleasantly surprised. It's always clean and they are very helpful. Also, we had left something behind on our previous visit and they held onto it for us. They also accommodated me by weighing my suitcase twice -so that I could be ensured not to pay overweight fees - great customer service!

This hotel was truly right behind the Taj, walking distance to the Gateway of India, and walkign distance to many attractions in South Mumbai. As a budget traveler; I think this one was a good deal... good enough that I booked another stay here the next time I go back to Mumbai in a few weeks when I have my gf with me there for the weekend.

A Nice and cozy place to stay.... However a little hard to come across.. The location needs a bit more elaboration... Overall a nice experience. The hotel staff is helpful and endeavours to make your stay comfortable
