The worse hotel. Cross street Airport, you feel like you sleep under the engine off the airplane. next to the hotel train, passing by every 10 minutes. shower 10 shower 2 feet by 2 feet how you can get in . Some rooms doesn't have windows or doors. I don't wish MY enemy stay in this hotel

The hotel is nothing fancy, BUT we were flying out of Ciampino, and it was perfect for a one night stay before our super early flight. The room was spartan, but clean, and the people at the front desk were helpful.

It is about a ten to fifteen minute walk from the bus station (you have to take a bus from the airport) to the hotel. Though the hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly it is in an inconvenient area.

This hotel is not located in Rome but in a little suburb of Rome about 20 mins away by train. The train station is only about about a mile away. There are two restaurants near by ( I recommend King Arthurs, amazing food) and a grocery store by the train station. The staff were helpful and polite. Our shower leaked in our room and we informed the desk […] and they had maintence "fix" it the following day. We could see that they tried to fix it but it still leaked...but it was nice that they tried. We stayed at this hotel two separate times in about a weeks time and during our first stay one of the maids left our patio door completely open. We informed the desk about the incident and they didn't seem concerned or apologetic. Nothing was taken from our room but we were still not very happy. The rooms were clean, a little old but clean. Our first room was missing about half of its' lightbulbs and in our second room the fridge was broken. I would say this hotel is a good idea for young adults, people on a budget, or flying out of Ciampino airport but if you are use to a little nicer of hotels I may look elsewhere. If you're only going to be staying one night and flying out of Ciampino then I would say it would be fine to stay at this hotel. If you're planning on visiting Rome, then I wouldn't recommend it. It's out of the way, although it's easy to reach Rome by train. The hotel isn't in very good condition. The fridge in our room didn't work, our shower leaked […] every where, the beds were uncomfortable and one even broke while we were there, and to top it off, one day the maid left our door open so that anyone could have walked in and stolen our stuff and when we reported it to the front desk they didn't seem very apologetic or helpful about the situation. The restaurant, however, did have pretty good food, but the breakfast was awful. The neighborhood the hotel is in seemed a little shady at first but after walking around for a few days, it wasn't so bad. Read more

5 nights. Friendly staff. My only issue is the noise that the cleaners made every morning at 0815. My room was near there stores in the 400's and they shout and move equipment loudly every morning. I was working on lates so the noise interrupted my sleep each day

This hotel is not 3 star hotel, I would give this 1 star. The area was hard to find and is not definitely 700 meters from the train station. Never again, I would have rather stayed around the central area and took taxi to the airport instead of ending my journey in this hotel. The stuff was ok, but far from helpful....Not recommended at all!

The staff were very helpful and after a really unpleasant taxi trip (drivers like that should be put down) they were an oasis in a dry land. Went out their way to help me with luggage. I'd stay again, next time I am on business down south of Italy because they are conveniently close to the domestic airport and run a good value shuttle.

The room was clean, comfortable and cheap. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not much parking would be my only complaint. We arrived quite late from the airport but there was a lovely bar/restaurant 2 minutes walk from the hotel which opened until 2am. It was good, we spent most of our day in Rome. One night from 23:00 to 2:30 there was yelling in the hallway and they were trying to open our lock. I told from desk in the morning and they said I should have dialed 9 the front desk which I did not know. The following night it was o.k.

It was a little noisy in our room from both trains and planes in the morning but really for the price it was ideal for an overnight stay. It was really easy to get to the airport the next day, around 20 mins drive even in the traffic on the GRA and the hotel runs a shuttle bus too that runs from early in the morning if you didn't have your own transport. No issues with condition and service, we didn't try the food though. 5-7 mins walk from Ciampino train station. Didn't felt safety issue while walking late to the hotel as well around 11.00pm from station. Fare to Rome Termini was 1.50 euro one way, so not that expensive. We stayed for 4 nights.

We used this hotel for a stop over at the end of holiday before flight home. A bit tricky to find through Ciampino one way system - thank goodness for satnav. Staff were welcoming and helpful - arranging early check in 1.30pm so we could drop luggage and travel into Rome for the afternoon. 15 minute train journey to Termini - good value at 1.50 eur. […] Lovely clean pool. Several bars and restaurants locally meant we were able to enjoy a good last evening. Downsides? - air con in one of the rooms did not work but room was still comfortable. Also shuttle does not go from hotel - need to walk 10mins to Ciampino train station to pick this up - Staff provided a map and timetable for this - NB does not start till 5.30am. My husband and I have just returned from a weeks stay in the Ciampino Hotel. The only negatives were; 1 - The shower had mold and the laminate in the bedroom wasn't properly fitted therefore there were some gaps on the floor. To be honest - not really a big deal. 2 - The most important I'd say, the hotel is not easily located on foot, particularly at […] night. You need to take the Cortal bus (from Ciampino Airport# the cost is 1.20EUR each, to Ciampino Railway Station. Into the station, downstairs to the platforms bypass them all and just use the underpass. Take the left staircase back up, walk towards the Pharmacy on the left hand side, turn left onto the main road and then follow the road for around 1k #You'll pass various things, Supermarket on left, school on left, pizza shop on left you then cross the road and pass the Ristorante and King Arthurs take the next left, hotel is about 200yards in front of you. (A taxi will cost 15EUR and is not worth it unless you have a lot of bags. 3-We were in room 312 and faced out onto the glorious pool, however we also faced the startof the runway, therefore if you don't like alot of noise this hotel is not for you. Onto the positive, apart from the planes its quiet, its very clean, breakfast is ok, the pool and surrounding area is fabulous the rooms were clean and maid service was great, the hotel staff (with the exception of one of the restaurant staff) were exceptionally helpful and very pleasant. We were only staying for one night and wanted to stay as near to the Ciampino Airport as possible. For this reason, this hotel was great. The toilet in our bathroom was leaking and there was a fair amount of water on the floor and some mold on the ceiling by the shower. The rest of the room was nice and comfortable. The only other issue was parking. […] We were told there was sufficient parking at the hotel, but we barely fit in a tiny little parking area. This is a very strange hotel. First impression on approach and outside is it is scruffy and in an undesirable neighbourhood. But then no one maintains the outside of buildings in Italy and neighbourhoods are deceptive. When you stay you find the rooms and interior of the hotel are spotless and the staff very helpful and friendly. The restaurant and […] bar is not very tempting, in the basement and very limited menu. The breakfast is however perfectly adequate and very cheap. There are a number of quite good bars and restaurants at the end of the road, 100m. The King Arthur is good to eat in and the Jolly bar is good to drink in, friendly natives.The hotel swimming pool is great. The only real drawback to this hotel is that the main line out of Rome goes by 50m away and beyond that is the main runway at Ciampino airport, so if the airconditioning is not working, as happened when I was there, it can be pretty noisy trying to sleep with the window open. Overall I would probably stay there again if only because the staff try so hard to make up for the physical shortcomings of the hotel. Read more

Very good hotel, pretty much the same as a premier inn hotel in England. Was nosy with Airport across the road, however the planes seemed to stop after 10:30pm, and start at around 7:30pm. The pool is in working order, and looks very nice. Generally a clean hotel, with no problems the staff and restaurant were fine!
