"Meets your needs, but doesn't exceed expectations"
If you need a clean room and don't require any frills this would be the place. The evening service by staff was not helpful - they were short staffed and so you had to go get extra towels and toilet paper at the front desk. Breakfast was adequate.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very good. Would have been a 5 if there had been dust abatement around window dressing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Obvious renovations under way, construction noise,"
Disappointed, not worthy of $100 per night. Crowded breakfast area, construction underway at 8:45 in the morning, noisy.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good Hotel Difficult to find driveway"
This hotel was in a good location. It was a bit hard to find the driveway to the hotel. Driveway was highly worn and markings were not very clear. Overall, a clean, safe experience. One thing is that the bathroom had no toilet paper holders or towel racks. This was somewhat odd. There was also an unfinished hole in the counter in the bathroom.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not what i expected"
It was ok.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"adequate accomodations - polite and helpful staff"
The hotel is hidden behind an adjoining quality inn property, making the place a bit hard to find the first time. The front desk was lightly staffed but every person we approached was polite, quick and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great NE location"
Even though the hotel was quite busy with several large groups, the personnel were very courteous and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good, Bad, Ugly"
Good - customer service - staff was friendly. Bad - room was extremely cold and the heater didn't work. Ugly -- the sleeper sofa was completely broken and breakfast was weak.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Needs an update. Just a little dirty everywhere. And the coffee was undrinkable. Breakfast not much better.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Loved the spacious room!"

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel, having seen some negative reviews. Only two negatives and they were not enough to take away from the overall -- those were the terse attitude of check in person, and the fact that breakfast was sparse when we arrived at 7:30 am (served until 9). We discovered that the front desk person was also replenishing the food, so apparently it was short staffing that was the problem. They eventually got the sausage and eggs out about the time we left. The quality of the food was standard hotel fare. On the positive side, even though there were signs about ongoing renovation, we did not hear any noise. I think we must have gotten one of the renovated rooms, because it was pristine! It looked new -- bedding was fresh and very comfortable, carpet was clean, bathroom was immaculate. It was a huge room (king with sleeper sofa, table and chairs, and more room to spare). TV stations offered variety and internet worked fine (password protected). It was exceptionally quiet -- no traffic noise at all on the side we were on, and did not hear any other guests' noise. So in spite of a rather rude welcome and the so-so breakfast, we had a restful stay and felt secure there, and felt it was good value for the money. Suggestion:The side away from the interstate is very quiet Reason for Trip:livestock show at Gwinnett County Fair
"Hotel Ok Pool FREEZING"

The reason we chose this hotel was location, price and indoor pool. Hotel was ok dated and under renovation. The pool was so cold my grandkids would not get in. I talked to hotel manager about turning the heat on in the pool. We were told that if they did it would not do us any good it would take 48 hours to warm up so we were just out of luck. We will not stay there again!!

Hotel was going through a update. A/C was cold and bed was nice. Staff was nice and friendly. The pool was out of commission, something to do with color. I would stay again. The breakfast was normal, juices, coffee and pastries.
"Decent hotel, but beware of road noise"
10/29/13 codelemur Huntville, AL
Fairly decent hotel. A bit difficult to get to. If you're coming off I-85 north, you have to U-turn at Horizon drive and come back to turn on Celebration. Traffic in this area is always heavy, so be prepared. The hotel is located down the hill behind the Comfort Inn. Service was good. Price was okay - normal rate is high for this hotel, in my opinion, but I caught a sale which put it into a more appropriate category. Free wifi (although it's pretty slow - speedtest showed 1mb down). Free breakfast in the morning is decent. Be aware, this hotel backs up to the Interstate. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs, because road noise is audible in the rooms (at least those on the back side of the hotel).

We stayed for one night on the way back from a trip and it's just OK. The "suite" consisted on two double beds and a space with an additional sofa. No rooms with queen sizes beds were (or even are) available. It's just OK. A little dated but clean enough and better than some others in the Comfort family. The chain appears to have standardized the breakfasts and they are terrible.
"Not so great"

We only stayed one night, but upon checking in, noticed ALOT of people in the lobby and around the halls. We found out after we checked that there was an entire wedding party at the hotel. Needless to say, it was not a restful night, with all the running down the halls, people drunk and drinking all night. Took forever to get the elevator because it was always packed with wedding party people. The bed was not comfortable at all. The breakfast was ok, just normal fare.
"Oh my aching back!"

I stayed at Comfort Suites on Saturday, July 27th while on my way to visit a relative in Atlanta, GA. The rate was $89 for a king, which is not a bad rate since it was supposed to be a "suite" not an "inn." However, I was extremely disappointed! The carpet smelled, the bathroom ceiling was moldy, the AC unit was extremely loud, and the bed was just awful! The mattress was uncomfortable and squeaked at every turn. I kept thinking, this mattress must have seen a lot of action for it to be so worn out! To add insult to injury, there was a group staying at the hotel that night...looked like it might have been a youth church group trip of some kind. The teenagers kept going in and out of the room across from us and kept slamming the door, a kid was crying off and on for hours, and around 7:30 a.m. the next morning, someone actually knocked on our door and began tuning the door handle. WTH! You guessed it. Wrong room! Last, but not least, the continental breakfast was just a waste of time. The coffee was abysmal, the bananas were soft and bruised, and the bread looked old and hard.

We stopped here for a night on our way home from the beach in Fl. The girl at the front desk lied about the bed sizes, the sofa bed was broken on one end, the carpet was dirty, the shower curtain bar was loose and drooping, the pool was cold, the exercise room was hot with no ac. The only positive comment I have is that the water pressure in the shower was good.
"NO! NO! NO!"

Made the mistake of going for cheap on a trip through Georgia. The entrance and the lobby are nice but that is it. Rooms have an odor (we looked at more than one). Carpet was dirty. You literally could see through the towels. Shower was awful. "Free" breakfast was a joke. Cannot believe we spent the night here but we were too tired to move once we got off the interstate. But at least now you know you should not. Do yourself a favor, if this is the area where you are staying, there is a very nice Fairfield Inn south of the light at the intersection in front of the hotel entrance. It is next to Applebee's (which had good food and service).
"Nice, but lobby and pool need updating..."
06/27/13 Kiki V Atlanta, Georgia
I stayed at comfort suites for one night. The rate was $79 for a double bed plus pull out couch. I would say that we enjoyed our stay. The lobby is dated and needs a remodel. There was a continental breakfast, it wasn't that grand but it was good. The pool needs updating. It is indoors and very dreary. I don't think anyone would want to swim in it. The hotel is also located in a bizarre position behind a comfort inn... So be sure to follow signs so that you/your guests don't get lost. Overall, it was a good stay.
