Excellent hotel, grand deluxe bungalows ar great, personnel is always smiling , helpful. No voice, no crowd but also close to Chaweng bars and nightlife by taxi. Reception is very helpful also, Sid welcomed us with a great smile :) I definitely recommend! Thanks

Bungalow was ok, however even if we stayed for 7 nights they gave us a bungalow which was 4 m from construction works, which over time was quite a hassle. Beach is ok, and restaurant also. Slightly inconvenient to walk to main street as you need to go through the reseption area. Also no service at the top pools by some wierd reason.

Hotel is in a beautiful area, shame about the staff, in particular those at the hotel restaurant.

We are a couple, 25 and 30 years old. Our bungalow was situated behind seaside bungalows so it was very close to the beach. Bungalow was clean, big and very nice in all way. And with AC. Fair house is situated on chaweng noi which was perfect for us. The beach was quiet with just some local sellers and quests from the hotel so we loved it! At night […] we went to chaweng to shop, eat and drink and it costs just 100 baht with tuktuk! Chaweng is very noisy so it is worth it to pay tuktuk home because fair hoyse is quiet in the evening. Service was very good and staff was helpful and professional. Three days a week they had a thai-buffe on the beach, romantic!:) they have massage, sun chairs, two swimming pools which were clean. Surrounding around the whole resort is very beautiful with all the trees and flowers. Basicly everything you need to get a good accommodation! +quiet but close to chaweng +clean, good service +nice beach +bungalow close to the beach -nothing negative during our stay Read more

Jag och min flickvän var väldigt nöjda med fair house, bra reception som är öppen 24/7 med engelsk talande personal, fint bra rum, bra läge om man vill komma bort lite från själva centrum på chaweng. Fin strand, mycket prisvärd frukost med allt man kan önska sig. Och mycket mer. Om något så luktade det illa och kloak från toaletten så som det även kan […] göra på gatorna i thailand då och då, detta löste dom med ett doftljus dom tände vid roomservice, men utöver det var det inget som helst fel på vistelsen! Hotel war im grossen u. ganzen ok - einzig der Zimmerservice war schlecht: Je nach Laune bekamen wir mal 3 Handtücher, dann wieder 4, Glühbirne im Eingangsbereich u. Treppe zum Schlafzimmer kaputt wodurch wir wie Einbrecher mit Taschenlampe Abhilfe schaffen konnten :-) nach 2maliger Aufforderung u. vorsprechen an der Rezeption endlich 2 einzelne Bettdecken, […] die allerdings nicht einmal frisch gewechselt wurde. Frühstück ok, alles da was man braucht, Strandlage optimal (was allerdings ab 15 Uhr gestört wurde da das Restaurant um diese Zeit anfing für den Abendlunch aufzubauen). Letztendlich aber nichts was wirklich superärgerlich war - eben durchschnittlich. Hängt wahrscheinlich auch am Management, das keine klaren Linien vorgibt: z.B. genaue Ansagen zwecks Zimmerreinigung (manchmal erst ab 18 Uhr!!!) und auch die Freundlichkeit war mittelmässig (ein "good morning" am Frühstückbuffet sollte schon drin sein!). Trevlig anläggning en bit utanför centrum. Som på många andra anläggningar finns det olika rumsalternativ. Mycket bra rum, mycket bra frukost, mycket bra service och bra strand ger känslan av ett betydligt bättre hotell än tre stjärnor. Ett trevligt hotell, dock en bit ifrån pulsen i chaweng city. Kostar bara ca 50 kr att ta sig dit. Hotellet hade en fin frukostbuffé och trevlig personal. Det enda negativa var att hotellområdet var stort och backigt, en promenad från receptionen till rummet innebar mjölksyra och då tränar jag fyra gånger i veckan. I stort ett bra val!

Sono stato 9 giorni al Fair House con la mia ragazza. Spiaggia fantastica, distante circa 10/15min a piedi dal centro (casino) di Chaweng (se non volete camminare ci sono i tuk-tuk che vi portano con 2/3€). In queto modo potrete godere la pace e il silenzio ma essere comunque vicini alla movida notturna. Non male la colazione, abbondante e completa. […] Non ho mai cenato nel ristorante dell'albergo ma altri ospiti hanno detto che non è conveniente come qualità/prezzo. In compenso di sono piccole trattorie sulla strada che porta a Chaweng che con 4€ a coppia mangi degli ottimi piatti thailandesi. Consigliata la protezione 40/50. Le camere sono grandi e spaziose e i letti comodi. Wifi gratuito solo nella hall e non nel resto del villaggio dove manca proprio il segnale. Read more

les +: - plage magnifique (+ belle que celle de chaweng car beaucoup + large) - chambres spacieuses et bien entretenues (certaines chambres avec une odeur d'humidité, ne pas hésiter à demander de changer!) - bon restaurant - personnel très agréable les -: - wifi uniquement à la réception, pas du tout pratique car celle-ci est loin de tout le reste, […] à défaut de l'avoir dans les chambres, ils devraient au moins installer le wifi au restaurant donnant sur la plage, serait plus sympa comme cadre.... - l'hôtel est sur un domaine assez espacé, donc certaines chambres sont dans un bâtiment en hauteur, donc montée pour y accéder (possibilité aussi de demander 1 voiturette pr se déplacer de chambre à réception à plage), pas forcément idéal pour personnes âgées, ayant des difficultés à marcher ou avec poussette, mais sinon, ça fait un peu de sport! - le personnel est très gentil, mais pas toujours très efficace et leur anglais et parfois limité, mais dans l'ensemble, ils essaient de faire au mieux! - un peu loin du centre touristique de Chaweng, possible d'y aller à pied, mais + facile en taxi conclusion: je recommande cet hôtel car c'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix et la plage est vraiment chouette! Gyönyörű tengerpart,jó megközelíthetőség,gyalog kb 15 perc chaweng központ,mi robogót béreltünk,kb 5 perc azzal!Kellemes ,tiszta szobák,meglátszik hogy nem új szálloda,de nem zavaró!A személyzet,kedves,segítőkész,gyerekbarát! Nagyon kellemes nyaralás volt,az egyik legjobb,bármikor visszamennénk! A szobánk kb 5 méterre volt a medencétől!
