The room was visually pleasant. It looked pretty new and clean. The bed was comfortable to me, but I was exhausted, so I may not be the best judge. The room was nice and cold. The AC is not an auto control, so you do have to adjust the temp/fan to change the room temp. Not a big deal when you like a cold room to sleep in. The breakfast was more than […] a continental. The pancakes were not very good, but he biscuits and gravy were tasty, as were the cinnamon rolls. The juices could have tasted better as well. But for the price, I have no complaints. I believe it also had free wi-fi, but I did not use it. The bathroom was spacious and nice, with good water pressure. The only complaint there was trying to find the warm water. Maybe I'm just not that bright, haha. I think this hotel would be fine for business travelers, or families staying just outside of Tampa. Great hotel, great staff. The entire property is non smoking and when we arrived at our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, which is unfortunate for the hotel. They moved us to another room without any problems. The next morning we sw the staff Airing out the room, re cleaning etc.

Very nice hotel and good breakfast. The only negative is it is somewhat difficult to get to because the directional signage is not real good. It sits behind a closed gas station and if you miss the turn you have to make a couple of u-turns to get into the hotel. Once you get there it is great.

Comfortable, clean and accommodating!!! Price was ....okay..... Breakfast was horrible...needs MUCH improvement! Which sad because we choose this hotel because of advertised breakfast. We could have stayed somewhere with better price and they offered less breakfast......in the end the breakfast was AWFUL! Hotel itself, nice!!

My second trip to this location..Hotel is super clean and they have a great breakfaft.Climate control is horrible, you can't run the air without fan constaantly running and room feels very humid and damp woth air on.Other than that it is a decent hotel.

Got an amazing deal on our room, thanks to Expedia! We stayed in a double bed suite. Beautiful, clean room with view of the pool and hot tub. Bathroom was clean and upgraded. The breakfast was better than expected-bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy along with cereal, fruit, juice, milk, coffee. We would absolutely stay again and would refer you!

We stayed here one night before going on a cruise in Tampa. It smelled clean the minute we walked into the lobby. I was very happy with the accomodations. The hotel seems brand new. My room was very clean. Lots of channels on TV including three HBO channels; a small refrigerator; a microwave; a coffee maker; and even some storage for food, etc. if you're going to stay a while. I was only there one night so I didn't get to use the pool or other facilities. I did […] have breakfast there and, while it wasnt an Embassy Suites breakfast, there was a lot to choose from including hot food and it tasted good. My only issue with the hotel was the wireless internet access. Maybe it was due to the location of my room at the far back of the hotel over the pool, but the wireless signal strength was low and the speed of the access seemed slow.
