Only needed to stay one night between meetings and my flight the next day. Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was simple, but complete. Very close to the airport, using either shuttle or your own vehicle. Would definitely stay there again.

Shuttle didnt come at the airport at the scheduled time. Otherwise, everything worked very well. Room was clean and quiet and comfortable. Staff were efficient and polite. Healthier food would be great, especially gluten free options.

Really got a good rest here before leaving very early for a flight back to the States. The business center is very nice and quiet to work in. The pool is fun and the exercise room very well-equipped. The room was well-appointed and the bed very comfy. I am a light sleeper and I had no trouble there at all.

Had to overnight before an early morning flight back to the US. This Holiday Inn Express was handy, only 5 minutes from the Departures and Rental Car Return. Quite up to Holiday Inn Express standards -- bed extremely comfortable, breakfasts really good, workspace comfortable, free Internet (for me an absolute essential). Downside is that there is no […] place to eat supper/lunch nearby, other than the Hilton next door. These two hotels sit by themselves. This hotel is 1 of only 2 near Halifax Airport., both share the same free 24 shuttle and are adjacent to each other. Holiday Inn Express does NOT have a restaurant but has arrangements with the hotel nextdoor. We were pleaseantly surprised with the great food nextdoor especially since the next nearest one is at least 20 minutes away by the expressway. […] There do have the normal breakfast buffet. Flew into Halifax for a trip north to Cape Breton. We stayed close to the airport on the first and last day. Extremely comfortable and clean accomodations. I especially enjoyed the comfortable king size bed and large walk in shower. Staff were very friendly and provided toiletries when our luggage did not arrive with us. Great breakfast omlettes.

Our room was clean, warm & very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Our only complaint would have to be the pool. The water was murky, so our granddaughters didn't swim long. The biggest plus to your hotel, besides the great staff, was the beautiful breakfast. It had to be the best ever. Thank you so much.

Even we arrived after midnight (due to flight schedule) the hotel staff was very kind for the assisting the room and my husbands (who uses the wheelchair), I was thankful for the hotel staff, he was really professional to help us. I will stay at the same hotel for our next trip. Thank you.

The afternoon staff at the front desk were wonderful, but we had to check out early in the morning (prior to 5:30 am) and the 2 front desk clerks were more concerned about speaking with one another's Christmas experiences than providing courteous and helpful assistance.

We enjoyed our quiet, non-smoking room and, as we arrived late, it was nice to know a room was reserved for us. My only comments would be that, firstly, the fan in the bath did not work and, as a vegetarian, there were few things I could eat. The macaroni and cheese entree offered (convenience area) for late night visitors who missed eating due to flight […] problems contained cheese. I limit myself to few, if any dairy (eggs, milk, cheese) and no meat. There was orange juice and a banana offered at breakfast that I could eat. Perhaps, when a reservation is made, a special 'request' form could be attached so that dietary restrictions could be noted and extra fruit, etc. could be offered at breakfast.
