The hotel was excellent in every way, with one exception. The pet fee of $75 is excessive. We will not stay here again if we are with our small dog. That is unfortunate because we liked the hotel very much.

Hotel was ok. I could never get TV to work....maintence man never did show up....gave up, and went to bed. Very dissapointed in a fridge w icemaker that was both warm, and no ice in it. There was no ice available except by going down to front desk....and robbing the hospitality center of it's bowl of ice. Needless to say, we just made one trip. I booked a studio suite and specified I must have a pull-out sofa, no problem. I called to confirm my room had a pull-out sofa the day of my arrival, no problem. I checked in and went to my room, problem, no pull-out sofa. The problem was was taken care of quickly with a free upgrade which is great but I had to wonder, what if no other rooms were available? […] What more can I do to make sure the accomodations suit my needs? Hotel is nice,clean, and comfortable. Hotel is "pet-friendly" so if you have pets, great, if you have pet allergies, look elsewhere. All staff were curtious and friendly. Around-the-clock complimentary soft drinks and coffee was nice. Breakfast was good - bacon, sausage, eggs, yogurt, nice variety of cereals and breads/muffins/bagels. Kitchenette is nice for extended stays if you don't want to eat out every meal. Sufficient work out room. Nice pool/spa, 1/2 court basketball. I had a 4 p.m. appointment so I requested a late check-out and was given a flat "no late check-outs for anyone." I completely understand housekeeping needs time to prepare rooms for next guests but they can't clean all the rooms at once. Most hotels will grant a few requests for late check-out. To not even consider the request was very disappointing. I would have no problem staying here again but due to what I consider minor management issues, I will try my luck elsewhere next month when I have to return to the area. Read more

We relocated to the hotel after water damage at our house. Staff is very friendly, informative and accommodating. Knowledgable about "insurance" situations. Lovely accommodations. They have a small movie theater where we brought a DVD (they also have some on site), made our popcorn and had a Family movie night. Free laundry facilities, which is great […] with children, and an uncertain time of stay. Just a few doors down from the movie theatre, so I could sneak out and change the cloths around while watching the movie. We are staying in a 2 bedrooms suite, with living room and kitchen; which works great for family and for cooking for those with special dietary requirements. We have 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs and 1 DVD player. Very clean and well kept hotel; I would guess the hotel is under 5 years old. Easy to locate off the freeway. I have found our room to be very quiet from outside noises or hallway noises. There is a restaurant in hotel next door, but our hotel provides daily buffet breakfast. Has hot tub and pool (although I do not believe the pool is heated), fitness center which I have not had time to use, business center, wi-fi in the rooms. So it has allowed me to work from the hotel room comforatbly during the day. My family would highly recommend this hotel! Read more

We arrived about 6:00 pm and there was a little challenge with payment from Hotels.com to the hotel. This was quickly settled. We had planned to go out to dinner soon after arriving only to find out that a buffet of spaghetti and Bar-B-Q pork with salad was being served and included. We truly loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was top of the line. From check in, to welcoming our two dogs, to adding an extra night to our stay last minute, to check out, the staff was exceptional. There were even dog treats at the checking desk and "pet in suite" signs to let staff know when a pet was alone in the room. There was a nice grassy […] landscaped area for our pups to do their business comfortably, and baggies were provided. This is the first place that made us feel like our pets were guests too. We left wishing we had spent more time at the hotel taking advantage of all the other great amenities (pool, hot tub, basketball court, general hotel grounds) than the ones we did. Breakfast was a nice selection of the usual items, but the fresh fruit options, and delicious sausage along with eating it in the dining room or out on the patio overlooking the grounds was a true plus. We will for sure be staying here when we come to visit our family in Palmdale again. Read more

We could not have been more pleased with this hotel. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The property seemed new. The room was fully stocked, down to dishes and microwave popcorn. Free breakfast was a plus. It turned a quick stopover into a delightful interlude.
