Overall, really nice room. Lot of room and sinks (3!) Super clean. Plenty of free parking. Room service from Ruth's Chris (pricey). Free breakfast with made to order omelets. (plus the usual hot & cold breakfast stuff) Beautiful lobby with koi pond and trees. Convenient, but slightly tricky to get to location. It doesn't look like that's the road you are supposed to turn on if you are coming in from the north. We had to trust the gps & map. Oh and you have to pay for wifi unless you are a member of their rewards program - that's the only "con".

I really enjoyed my self, but was disappointed because of no hot tube. The guest service agent said there was a hot tube. And also she mentioned breakfast but never sad that it was not complementary.

Not fancy, but great for the price. This is a MOTEL, not a hotel - i.e. the room doors open to the OUTSIDE. The "grab and go" breakfast is not what I would think of as a "breakfast included". It's pretty much a granola bar and a piece of fruit, so if you want breakfast otherwise, you'll have to go out. I would stay here again if the price was right. It was clean, comfortable, and safe.

Everything was clean and nice with the exception of the condom wrapper we found under the edge of the bed! Nice hotel and front desk personnel but I was horrified that my child saw that! Gross!!!

I chose Candlewood Suites because it was the closest suite to my elderly parents. It allowed my daughter and I to visit them with a very active four year old and a 3 month old without anyone becoming overwhelmed. It was very important to us to have the ability to store and prepare simple meals for the four year old and for the adults when we needed […] to settle in so the children could settle in for the evening. The "Cupboard" was very helpful to pick up items without leaving. The free washers and dryers helped us to keep up with clothes for both ourselves and the children. Overall I was very happy with the service and friendliness of the staff. It was also great to be able to get to the Zoo and to McWane Science Center within 30 minutes! It was handy to have so many restaurant choices close by and a WalMart for those little necessities that can become crucial when traveling with children. I would have preferred a 2 room suite, but those only have king beds and a sleeper sofa. We did have a little trouble with the coffee pot. If the carafe wasn't perfectly placed it ran over.
