Holiday Inn Express & Suites Westfield

Place was clean pretty much looked like new condition. Pool was clean and warm. Free breakfast was as said. Coffee was actually good. Like any other hotel walls are thin. I always bring ear plugs had no problems sleeping. Would stay again if I had business out there.

Room was very nice and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and even though there were a little to few tables to eat at it was all good! Nice hotel! The new feeling rooms, breakfast and pool make this hotel a nice surprise and a bargain! The rooms were roomy enough. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. The heating system was very loud and did not seem to work properly....we had to change the settings several times and turn the unit off before we were able to get the needed heat to work. The shower head did not work well and my wife left the shower early due to the way the "spray" was shooting uncontrolibly. Family of 3 needed an easy to get to overnight in Westfield and HI Express perfectly fit the bill. New, clean, attentive staff (not that we needed them much); all in all a more than adequate night in an above average, for the price, hotel.

We stayed at (The Holiday Inn Express & Suites) in Westfield, MA The staff was very accommodating and very pleasant. Our room was very clean. We have no complaints at all. Everything went as planned. We will definitely stay there again if in the area. We had no problem in finding the hotel at all. Right off of the interstate.

This Hotel had very thin walls, could hear the people in the next room talking and snoring. the hotel was not near being full, but someone was placed in the next room to us. I would not stay here again.

Rooms are not completely soundproofed but staff sensitive and responsive to this (placement of guests and responding to requests) and overall our stay was quite comfortable/fine.

Conviently located just off the Mass Turnpike. Hotel is fairly new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, clean, comfortable. Pool and fitness room were clean and in good condition. Location is convient, just off the turnpike (I90). No restaurant on premesis but they serve a fairly good breakfast in the morning.
