All the people were fantastic and very helpful. South stairway smelled of smoke from someone blocking door open and smoking in stairway, so don't take the stairs. Whirlpool was surprising with only two jets but was very relaxing and did the job. Jessica at the front counter was amazing and took care of all of our needs. Definitely will stay there again.

Right next to freeway and even with heavy curtains you could hear freeway noise. Bed comfort ok. Wished it could have been more comfortable. Fridge was loud. Personell friendly

It was great! When we got into a pinch because the other place where we had book our room 2 1/2 weeks before cancelled the reservation. My friend and I was very please with the place where we got the room. Bed was wonderful.

I travel alot so I stay in alot of different hotel. The reason I picked Candlewood hotel because of the price is reasonable but I can't sleep for the whole two night that I was there because the room is super hot even though you don't turn on your heat in the winter. It is also very noisy all day and all night because of the big refrigerator is running […] in a small room. First off, they should change the name to "Candlewood Studios" because you do not get a suite in the full sense of the word. What you have is basically a large single room with a kitchenette in one corner. The room also needed some type of "white noise" to help muffle the noise from the interstate right next to the hotel.

I stayed in the two-room suite unit of this hotel. This suite was essentially a fully furnished and outfitted one-bedroom apartment of approx. 450 sq. ft. The kitchenette had a stovetop burner, microwave oven, dishwasher, and normal-sized refrigerator w/ ice-maker. Pots and pans, plates, glasses and silverware were all provided. Friendly staff at the […] front desk 24/7 and onsite laundry. If you need to stay in town for more than a few days, this is the way to go. They allow dogs. We had ours with us. Pet fee is hefty but totally get why they need to do this. We were driving from OKC to Minneapolis and wanted a hotel that was a bit more upscale than what you would get if you paid less money. We will use this hotel for our next road trip to Minneapolis.

This was the first time I stayed in a Candlewood and I was pleasently surprised with the furnishings of the rooms. The rooms comes with a full kitchenette area. It also has glasses, plates and silverware which I was not expecting. There was a limited number of TV channels but there was a DVD player and the hotel had some movies you could check out. […] The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby area was really small and made it hard to visit when a group of us returned from dinner.
