I had a interview with nyfa in burbank and just needed something cheap and close. We stayed at this hotel for its location mainly. We didn't realize how close we were to the hollywood sign, the walk of fame and actual hollywood. Overall the room served it's purpose, I ran the Hollywood 1/2 Marathon Saturday morning, so basically just needed a place to sleep. I like the peace & quiet provided by the hotel, but for a non smoking room, I thought it smelled bad. The TV didn 't work & the hotel charged for ICE, pretty ridiculous.

All in all, the hotel was very nice. My room was decently sized and the bed was very comfortable. My only and biggest complaint is the small parking lot. For one thing, you have to drive through a one-way alley to get to it. Second, there are only 8-10 total spaces so if you come in late at night you will be SOL. For one of the least expensive hotels in the area, I was happy with our stay. We just needed a place to crash for the night between two long days in Hollywood. The room was clean, the shower was nice, a Walgreens next door, and despite being fully booked the room was quiet.

This hotel, while well-situated, is poorly maintained and the staff is studiously disinterested in the guests. The room had a stale odor, parking is limited, the "breakfast" consisted of a cup of coffee and a packaged pastry, and management could hardly have cared less.

Location was fantastic but it was very out dated the entire first floor smelled awful then up stairs there was this really nice window, but no actual window seriously big hole freezing cold in the hall. Room was good for the most part it was perfect to sleep. I most likely won't stay again but for 76 dollars didn't expect a Hilton.

The room was dirty...we had to wear our shoes to keep our feet from turning black. There was no alarm clock, no TV remote, none of the channels came in clear if at all, no WIFI, no contenental breakfast, no coffee and parking and entrance to the hotel was terrible. The hotel room had either rust or blood stains on the ceiling, there were multiple cigarette burn holes in the quilt, and stains on the sheets. Great place if you're on a tight budget. The hotel parking is small, you may run into problems if the hotel is full. The hotel has the basics. The showers are nice. But there is no real continental breakfast. It includes tea, coffee and cheap bag pastry if you could call it a pastry. Also, the parking lot has people double parking and parking behind one another. This can lead to some problems getting in and out.

Clean and recently remodeled room. Friendly staff. Not many frills, but for the price, it was a great deal. Plenty of off street parking. Next door to a Walgreens was convenient. Around a from mile from Hollywood Blvd @ Highland was nice.

The hotel staff was really good and co-operative, but they dont provide Internet service in the rooms, which they claim. For my entire stay of 5 nights, I had to go down to their lobby for wifi connection, they didnt bother to get the room internet fixed. The location in proper mexico city its not near the tourist locations like Kukulkan blvd.
