      We booked through Hotels.com and we didn't really know what to expect. Upon a late arrival, we were greeted with a very friendly front desk attendant who was happy we arrived safely. Check in was swift and we were up in our room within minutes of arrival. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room. My only disappointment was the quality of the pillows, very flat and no support, even with the extra pillow provided. We enjoyed a hot breakfast every day that ranged from scrambled eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy and waffles. We opted out of housekeeping for the 3 days, just because we don't have a desire for new towels each day (SAVE THE PLANET mentality) and I don't mind making my own bed :) Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the either of the indoor / outdoor pools due to our schedule, but both looked very inviting. The hotel is located right next to an amusement park (go karts, mini golf, etc) which we would have loved to enjoy, but due to entire weekend of rain, it wasn't open. Hotel is not on the beach, but a short drive and there were Destin Beach signs all around. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and if we find ourselves in Destin again, it would be a must stay. Thank you SummerInn Place for an enjoyable stay.

Our gated community helps to ensure that the white sandy beaches of Destin are not crowded. This property has only 24 condos sitting right on the water. Park directly in front of your condo, and walk out to the beach. Your rental comes with complimentary beach service in season. Dip your toes in the sand and let the warm Florida sun melt away your worries. Minimum check-in age is 25. Guests must check-in at 3100 Scenic Hwy. Please note that the resort does not allow pets. Please note that there is a USD 30.00 cleaning fee collected at check-in.
