"Great price, lovely, but bring your own blanket."
Everything was wonderful, especially for the price, with two exceptions. The comforters and throw pillows on the bed had conspicuous white stains on them, even after they cleaned the room up for the second night of our stay, stains that were noticeable enough for us to not want to use those particular blankets for the length of our stay. Also, the porch […] doors should have the room numbers on them (an easy fix!)--we had someone almost walk in on us thinking he was entering his own room! We should have locked the doors, I suppose, but it was very embarrassing as we were in bed and wanted privacy. Other than that, the room was small but lovely. The shared shower, while not the most ideal situation, was extremely clean, and it was very close to town. Excellent for the price, and the proprietor was very nice and accommodating, but it could use an improvement or two in the future. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Wonderful stay at the Ogunquit Inn"
We were very pleased with our two-day stay at the Ogunquit Inn. Great friendly host, clean room, convenient location, nice breakfast, off-street parking, quiet. Couldn't ask for more. We will return when we can.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"close to beach and shopping"
our room was on the third floor, very steep steps either inside or out. felt like we were in the attic. the room was neat and clean., however if taking a shower if someone else throughout the inn used the water the shower became freezing cold. continental breakfast skimpy and the server didn't wear shoes. the rate was a bit high for such a small room […] but not unexpected. would not recommend. Pleasant innkeeper, very short walk to town, lovely little garden, somewhat boring breakfast included. Just a lovely place to stay and 2 good nights of sleep!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Easy to find. Could walk to town. Beach very clo"
It was quite. Shared bathroom wasn't a drawback. Beautiful gardens and flowers. Breakfast bar of bagels and banana bread and cold juice and coffee or tea. Met many nice people. Staff informative and pleasant.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
very unsatisfied. room was very small and there were no accessible outlets. had to move the bed to find a plug. also, the alarm clock woke us at 5:45am. and we couldn,t turn it off. had to move the bed away from the wall to unplug it. breakfast was disappointing. "Great location and comfortable stay!"
An amazing experience!! Hotel is close to the beach and main part of town. Kirk is amazing and the inn is charming and comfortable. We will definitely be back.Genuine Expedia guest review
A decent b & b. the breakfast was pretty mediocre.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We did not find the manager particularly friendly. We were told that the room was on the third floor. The stairs from the second to third floor were very narrow and difficult to negotiate, yet we were not offered assistance with our baggage. We are in our 70's and it was quite a struggle. The manager's main concern was where we parked. The room itself […] was pleasant and clean. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Close to town. 3rd floor room with sloping ceiling was a challenge for tall people and it would have been a challeng to lug a suitcase up 3 flights so we just pulled out a change of clothes. Nice tv and mini fridge. Breakfast was unimpressive.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Quiet and very relaxing. Great location."
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Enjoyed the quietness, yet great location to town and the beach. We would definitely come back.Genuine Expedia guest review
Great location; walking distance to center of town and not too much farther from the water and the attractions there. Great staff and facilities.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good value with charm"
We stayed in Rm 1, which shared a bath with rm 4. I was leery of this, but that worked out well. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. The innkeeper, Kirk, was friendly and knowledgeable. Caution: the steps are steep and there is no elevator. That might limit this choice for some. Room 1 is a little too beige for my tastes, and the […] painting doesn't quite achieve the desired effect. Needs a jolt of a rose or red colored accent. But that won't affect your stay. Convenient walk to downtown - beach is a good bit further. I've had heartier breakfasts in B & B's, but that might raise the price. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location, beautiful room"
I love the location and layout of the inn. It's a beautiful Victorian in a quiet location, just off the main drag -- so easily accessible to other parts of Ogunquit. Don't expect a B&B kind of breakfast; it's pretty basic, but there are some great coffee shops and bakeries close.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great customer service"
i really enjoyed it and love the ambiance, location, service, and quaint b&b. I slept great on the bed and would recommend this to friends visiting.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"comfortable and quaint"
I've been to Ogunquit 5 times. In the past I stayed at a typical motel. They were fine but nothing special. So, decided to change it up this time and stay at a B&B. It was the right choice. It was very comfortable and within walking distance to everything. Very clean and very quaint. Only downside is having to carry luggage upstairs--no elevators. Continental […] breakfast was OK. The coffee was great. I think sitting on the front porch in a rocker made it even better. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"A Great Find"
We loved it. Quiet place on a quiet street but the shopping, ocean front, and the Marginal Way walkway are mere blocks away. The rooms were clean and comforable. If we're ever in the area again we'd go back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Excellent value. Great location with clean well maintained facility.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very nice quaint inn."
Met with great hospitality. Computer downstairs in sitting room. Restaurant across from inn. There was a rose in the room and chocolates. Beach was large and beautiful with a parking lot and some shops and cafe.Genuine Expedia guest review
The host's dinner and entertainment suggestions enhanced our our stay and overall experience in quaint Ogunquit.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Small rooms, but close to shops and beach"
The size of the room was a shock right away, hardly much walking area, shower was a bit tight, hot water was not consistent - cold water will suddenly flow without notice. However, we got to check-in a couple of hours early to walk to the beach, along the coast side on the Marginal Way Walk to Perkins Cove, and hit the shops in town. Quiet location, […] hardly saw any other guests besides during breakfast; simple continental breakfast available, definitely a plus. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ogunquit Inn - An Amazing Experience"
Kirk at the Ogunquit Inn was a great host. He even upgraded our room for more privacy and all for our honeymoon. Very comfortable beds. Well decorated. Great food and prime location. If we come back to Ogunquit we will for sure stay here again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very homey. . .small, such that you can actually meet/talk to other guests at breakfast if you choose. Very clean, nicely furnished with period pieces, and within easy walking distance of the main beach and the Marginal Way as well as the village center. I liked it very much and would stay there again. While breakfast is fairly standard fare, the coffee […] is good, so what else matters? Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great B & B near town center"
Inn on quiet street 1 block over from main road in town just off Route 1. Room was small with small shower stall but very clean and new looking. Breakfasts in enclosed porch out back- mini muffins, English muffins, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, toast Pleasant sitting room downstairs.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Quaint and Accessible"
The Qgunquit in was a sweet little B & B. Loved the private entrance and deck. Easy walks(5-10min) to anywhere in town and beaches.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Breakfast pretty basic but that didn't take away from all the other positives - ambience, 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants, pleasant host.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Room was small. Grounds were well landscaped with nice sitting area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Our first experience with a B&B... Kirk accommodated our 9:00 check in easily. There was a red rose on the bureau and some Lindt chocolates on the bed stand. We were very happy with the room and the Inn. We spent most of our time away from there exploring the area. The shower temperature was a bit tricky (maybe hot water running out?) one morning, and […] we didn't like how hard it was to get any product out of the shower gel/shampoo pumps. "Love this B&B"
Wish we were staying more than the one night. B&B is not in the heart of the town but just outside and within walking distance to all. Arrived to open windows with Ocean breeze. The Inn is an easy walk to the beach and has good parking. It is not too expensive and suited us perfectly.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Perfect stay !"
I thought the Ogunquit Inn was a great find.... everything about it was how I would have wanted it..... the furnishings, cleanliness, convenience to everything and the beach... would highly recommend it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent location, beautiful room..."
The only thing I would have changed would have been having a private bath... but I realize that an old home made into a B & B does not often afford private baths.. We loved our stay and would stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Niice place to stay, but no full breakfast served."
This is a nice inn that is a short walk into town, close to many restaurants and shopping. The Ogunquit trolley stops nearby if you don't feel like walking (it is a bit of a hike to Perkins Cove). The only small letdown was breakfast. A decent continental expanded breakfast was served instead of a full hot breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This place is nicely locate just outside of the busiest part of Ogonquit, the management was very nice, and the room and bathroom was very clean. However, we ultimately found it to be overpriced and a bit disappointing. The room was advertised with a queen mattress and it was a full. The room was also very small, and although it was a little back from […] Route 1, the traffic on the road was still very loud. Both nights, we did not sleep well because of traffic noise. (yes, we could have closed the windows, but we wanted the cool maine air instead of AC.) Of course we knew that we would be sharing a bathroom, but ultimately, this combined with the size and noise made us feel that the inn is overpriced. Also, no full length mirror to be found! We came for a wedding so that was a minor but still annoying problem. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
loved the Inn, Inn keeper Kirk was very helpful and friendly. the only disappointment was the bed was not very comfortable but other wise we enjoyed out stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I have been visiting Ogunquit since I was a child and somehow missed this gem. My husband and I were celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary and wanted something special. The Inn's location cannot be beat-within walking distance of the village yet on a side street making it quieter and the traffic of a summer weekend less obvious. We had our own private […] entrance and the room was immaculate. We will definately be coming back. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to Ogunquit beach, close to town"
The room was spotless, the host was very helpful and was very attentive to our needs. The location was perfect for getting into town or walking to the beach. The continental breakfast was fine , waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt coffee, tea , hot muffins etc. We enjoyed the sand beach and even swam as the weather was warm.
