Overall, it was a good experience. Innkeeper was personable and keeps the property in great shape. Shared bathroom was never an issue. Could have used a bit more hot water for showers, but not a big problem. Continental breakfast was adequate, but a few less carbs and a bit more protein would have been nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Ogunquit Getaway Weekend.."
This quaint B an B couldn't have been nicer. A great value and close to town. The owner was very nice and helpful. If you have never been to this town, I highly recommend it...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A Restful Retreat"
My husband and I spent a weekend at this inn. We were both pleasantly pleased with the entire experience. The inn's charm completed the weekend. We will be staying here again and will recommend the inn to any one who wants to get a restful getaway.Genuine Expedia guest review
The O.I. was perfect for a single/couple wanting to stay near the center of town. I was in a room that shared a bath with one other room and didn't have one problem as far as not having access to it. The place was very clean and the breakfeast was great for a continental type. Great coffee!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"The O'Inn - Fantastic Location, Great Feel"
This quaint little inn was a first-time experience for me; my first Inn. All I can say is that the service was great and the room, charming. I really did enjoy my stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Will stay there again, Kirk our host was fantastic. If anything needs to change, a table in our room would have been useful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The inn was well located, the person at reception was very nice and helpful and his dog harry was very cute. The room was warm, clean, olde worlde charming and everything that was promised.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The only draw back is that after I committed to the booking, it was revealed that the Ogunquit Inn could not quarantee the room that I viewed through Hotel.com. which was room #3. I viewed the room through the Inn's website. Room # 3 had a private bath but I noticed that the confirmation stated that It had been switched to Room # ! which had a shared […] bath. However, upon arrival to the Inn, we had been reassigned to Room #6 which did have a private bath and turned out to be quite satisfactory Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Very Nice and very clean! In a very cute Maine town. Nice stores.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"met our expectations"
Some reviewers criticized the building, the breakfast, the attitude of the proprietors- I got what I wanted. A reservation for one night without any insistence that I pay for 2 or 3 nights. The breakfast was good! Make your own waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, good coffee, cereal. That will get you going. There is a terrific restaurant right in front of […] the house if you want more. The house is old and the walls are thin, so what. Everything was clean and inviting. We were in room 3 on the 2nd floor and we had a great outside entrance and deck with 2 chairs and table. We’ve stayed in other B&Bs there and I think I would rather go back to this place, I got my money’s worth. Thanks guys. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ogunquit Inn-charming and close to town center"
This is a lovely place to stay. A charming old Victorian Inn in the center of Ogunquit. The only problem for me was that we had to share a bathroom on the second floor, so chose a 3rd for room with a private bath. It cost extra, and hauling our luggage up 3 flights of steep narrow stairs was not easy. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Unfortunately, the place has been neglected. It has so much potential given the location but there a lot of maintenance issues. The rooms need a major updating. It appears as if the management just gave up. There wasn't anything inviting or comfortable about the stay. Fresh white linens on a comfortable mattress with a head board, a ceiling fan, coffee […] all morning with pastries, a quiet air conditioner, a nicely done bathroom with a shower curtain that fits, a fixed screen door, a swept patio all would help a sad situation there. BTW, i've never written a negative review before, but this place was a huge disappointment. Thank fully Ogunquit is as beautiful as ever and there are a lot of other options to stay at the next time. The room and bed were great as was the outside porch overlooking a garden and fountain..The shower was almost useless,no working shampoo container,no conditioner,no hairdryer.Breakfast was a combination of hard boiled egg, limited fruit and English muffins .Pleasant breakfast room .WiFi iffy.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It looked lovely from the pictures on the website but I didn't expect a lot because of the very reasonable tariff so imaging my joy when I went inside and found an absolute Gem. Furnishd in an American Victorian / Edwardian eclectic style and spotlessly clean, the house exuded great charm. With gleaming glass and mirrors, wooden floors buffed to a glossy […] sheen and tasteful ornaments and pictures, there was an cosy atmosphere all over. My bedroom was simply but tastefully furnished and comfortable. The requirement to share the bathroom did not bother me. Situated in a quiet area off the Main Street, there is a spa pool in the sheltered back garden and the shops & beach are only a short stroll away so that all the pleasures of the town are available without the need for the car. The owner was pleasant and helpful and did all he could to ensure that his guests enjoyed their stay. I certainly enjoyed my stay and would certainly return if I visit Ogunquit again. I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends.Mervyn Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

ogunquit is the perfect weekend gateway!! we came rrom montreal on friday night and stayed until sunday afternoon. eveything is nice in ogunquit, the beach, the food, the people. the water is a little cold (but it should be expected). the beach is no nice! we chose a spot between the main beach and the foodbridge beach, which was relaxing. skimsurfing […] at this beach is perfect!!!! a nice walk on the marginal way from perkins cove to ogunquit at sunset: so nice! a lobster lunch at the beach plum farm: the provide the lobster, the steam, the butter and all the tools, all you need to bring is a nice cold beer: and you got yourself a perfect lunch! perfect location but room was facing the noisy Mainstreet. Six a.m. the delivery trucks started the wake-up noise. The room was also just a bit small but had a nice balcony to go with.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice Inn in Oguquit"
Place was really nice, like the rear door so we don't have to pass through the main room. A little bit far from the beach but not that much, 10 min walking.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great B&B experience in Ogunquit!"
Everything about this stay was a pleasant surprise, and then some! We booked this B&B/inn for 2 nights in August, not knowing much about the town or the place. And we could not have chosen a better one: less than 5 minutes from the town centre and less than 10 minutes from the beach, and it's tucked away on a quiet road off the busy main street. The […] owner was very helpful with any questions we had or suggestions we asked for, and the breakfasts were homemade-style and always fresh. The place is clean, quaint, comfortable, and private. The new deck around the house is excellent for relaxing at night. Such a great stay that when a third night opened up at the last minute, we had no choice but to say yes! Thanks Kirk! "A great serine spot , close to everything~"
The Inn was a quaint & a beautiful home, although the only thing I found out of the ordinary was the person working there, he was not welcoming, said very little, besides the rules and regulations etc.....was helpful when we asked for directions, but not a cheerful and talkative person like all the other B&B's we've stayed at! Just found him to be odd! […] But everything else was awesome, after all the walking it was sure nice to have a restaurant and a great one at that, a few yards away, and a hot tub to boot, all was great!
