Good hotel, great quality breakfast buffet and clean rooms. Hotel has lots of facilities and WiFi in rooms, friendly staff and good location for bars, restaurants and casino's. Part of a chain of hotels in Portoroz, so you can go into the other hotels and eat at their restaurants too. Would definitely stay again,

I was playing in the World Super Seniors Tennis Championships, so location was excellent. Although i booked early on arrival i was given a room for a disabled person. My room was changed but had no balcony which i was very annoyed about. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

our visit to Istria area got much better due to our stay in Hotel Mauro. Nice restaurant, great food, great breakfast, wonderful services. Hotel interior is modern, nice size bathroom, very new & clean. Convienient location for walk around Porec and drive around Istria. Parking right in front of hotel and it is free. It is a bit hard to find first because you need to access a secured car access gate. There are hotel call button by the gate, push the button, hotel will let you in. The only thing that the aircond is not very efficient, it stays around 24 the whole time. Good thing it is not too hot when we were there, not sure about summer.

We stayed at Melia Coral ultimately because we needed an extra night. The staff were extremely helpful. We do not speak Italian. We came to Umag to visit relatives who speak very little English. The staff were extremely helpful calling and translating for us over the phone on more than one occasion. The only negative was trying to get hot water to shower. We wasted a lot of water waiting for it to get hot. It only got warm. Other than that, the room was fabulous!

Hotel is clean, meal is good, different kinds of meal, tri sorts of fish, lot of fruits. Rooms and bathroom are small but enough. There was a sea view... as promised, but there are no balcony, only some kind of fence where you can hang something to dry when you open the big window. We liked the meadow around the hotel and near the swimming pool where you put the free chairs and lay in the shadow looking at the see and just go to swim to the see across the road when you like. We were just a little bit annoyed with the plastic bracelet we get at the beginning and we had to wear it all the time with no chance of putting off. It saves from checking in the restaurant and all around, it is a good idea but sometimes is boring. L'hotel gode di una buona posizione, poco distante dal centro di Parenzo. il ristorante offre una vastissima e ottima qualità di pietanze. Scarsa l'animazione serale. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato per pochi giorni e siamo rimasti contenti. L'hotel non è recente ma le stanze o meglio la nostra stanza era pulita e spaziosa. Eravamo 2 adulti ed un ragazzo e la stanza a noi assegnata era una matrimoniale comunicante con un piccolo soggiorno con divanoletto, un bagno ed un bagnetto. Premetto che eravamo al III piano perciò anche […] con vista mare. Non tutte le stanze hanno queste caratteristiche! All inclusive molto valido, non abbiamo riscontrato particolari problemi (attese...) ma è anche vero che abbiamo soggiornato a settembre. Il personale è cortese. Il cibo è buono. Direi "niente male!"
