Only advantage is location to the airport. Room was really dirty. We were on the 8th floor, carpets were filthy. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star. Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was good, not great. Would definitely never stay again.

Wow! This hotel may have been decent when it was new, but it has not been kept up. The carpet in my room was filthy and covered in stains. Windows were missing handles, so you have to call reception and have someone come up and open them for you! The whole hotel had a funky smell, especially the spa. I was planning to use the sauna and turkish bath […] but the last thing I wanted to do is take my clothes off! There is nothing in the surrounding area and no good options to eat at the hotel. Everything was okay, except one thing. When they came to check on the minibar. They ring the bell and 2 seconds later they were opening the door. They need to allow enough time to let someone answer if they can come in or not before using their key.

The only thing that gets a 10 for this hotel is the location. It is VERY convenient to the airport. No wireless internet access in the rooms. The hallway carpets are very dirty. Stay was ok - noise levels were fine. Hotel cleanliness reflects high-traffic and maybe not-so-enthused efforts to clean it. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was very disappointing... Turkish food is wonderful, and this hotel's breakfast is a cruel way to start the day.

This hotel has a very convenient location wit 5 minutes taxi drive from Ataturk Airport. Although the hotel offers shuttle services between the hotel and the airport, for some peculiar reason, the aservice is not available between 11:30 through 2:30! Most of the hotel personnel is very friendly and helpful. But some is absent minded. I asked for a wake […] up call in the morning but noone woke me up. Fortunately, I woke up on my own. Otherwise, I would have missed my flight! I highly recommend that you take your alarm clock with you!! The hotel needs complete renovation. The carpets on the corridors and inside the rooms are extremely dirty. They definitely need steam cleaning. I saw blood stains on the bed cover. It looked as though they did not change the pillow cases before my arrival. This one is a 4-star hotel and the one adjacent to it is a 5-star hotel. Some friends recommended the 5-star hotel. I stayed for three nights at this hotel. It is conveniently located near the airport and a metro station. The room and the bathroom are very clean. The room has new modern furniture in great condition. The staff was great, and helpful. Highly recommended!

This hotel is no place to stay if you're planning a vacation. Its strictly an airport hotel for the stopover traveler with an early flight. BTW - cab drivers hate taking you from the airport to the hotel. The meter read 6.50 lira when we got there. My cab driver was not happy when I said "Wow hotel". The mattress was about 3" thick. My fifth time at Wow Airport Hotel... and three times it has been too warm, with uncontrollable "controls" for heat and cooling, and locked up windows. The breakfast buffets are satisfactory: vast but not very interesting by Turkish standards. I have stayed at the WOW airport hotel a few times. It is an inexpensive ride from the airport at the hours when its van is not running. The staff was so nice this time. I arrived at 4 am and they accommodated me immediately for the half day before my reservation kicked in at a reasonable rate. The breakfasts are nice. Stayed in the 4* tower overnight to catch an early flight out. Rooms are in desperate need of upgrading: carpets are filthy, bathroom're outdated. Reception desk was not responsive.
