"Fantastic place to stay"
We booked at the last minute while on the way home. We booked a room with a queen bed. When we arrived they upgraded us to a suite as the room we booked wasn't ready. The room was nice, had a kitchen and a comfortable king size bed. We were very happy. Easy access to walk to town also. Would stay there again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Room was very clean and great location. Only complaint was with the air conditioner didn't seem to cool the room sufficiently. Otherwise, service was great and very clean and comfortableGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This was a great place to stay and I will come back again. The location was convenient to Marginal Way and many fine restaurants. There was a fairly short walk to downtown and to Perkins Cove but if you aren't a walker there's a great trolley service that stops very close to the resort. They rooms were just wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, the […] room was spotlessly clean and we loved having a mini-kitchen with a full size coffee maker. There was a pool, hot tub, grills, swings for kids and a lovely little picnic area in the back. The only negative for us was all the stairs. If you have any difficulty negotiating stairs you should really try to get on the first floor. Keep in mind that lots of stairs and no elevator is typical of a lot of places in this area I noticed. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay and I will recommend it to any friends planning to visit Ogunquit. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"In the Middle of it ALL!"
I was very pleased with our stay at the Pink Blossoms Resort. The room was somewhat small, but it was exceptionally clean. The hotel was in the center of town, and made getting to places quite easy. The woman at reception was warm and friendly (Shirley), pointing us in the right direction for restaurants and other attractions. The only complaint I have […] is that it was hard to regulate the temperature of the room. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Lovely grounds, pool, hot tub, tennis court,"
Family friendly or a romantic get away. This place can be both. The room we had was spacious and nicely decorated. Each room has either a balcony, porch or patio for sipping coffee in the morning or sharing a glass of wine in the evening. It is located very close to the Marginal Way entrance and is walking distance to restaurants and shops on Shore […] Road or in Perkins Cove The pool area is clean and the pool itself refreshing. Short drive to the beach or within hiking distance if you take the short cut. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Need to update bedding. Pillows were horrible, even my husband was complaining who usually can sleep on anything. Room was good size with kitchenette for guests who prefer to eat in. Room was exceptionally clean...Great location, friendly staff, but definitely need to update bedding. New down comforter & pillows as well as new sheets. Sheets looked […] like from the 50's. Only other complaint was walls are paper thin (like pillows) I laid awake due to the person in the next room snoring. Next night turning ac on and did not hear anything... "Nice place to Stay."

Made this reservation a few months ago. We arrived and met up with everyone else who was staying at resort with us. Were give the room/suite by office, room 124. Nice about this room is that it has a reserved parking space. So don't have to look for a space if you take your vehicle out. The suite sleeps 10 which is nice. So we show up with three vehicles at which time we were told that one vehicle might have to be parked off site at our expense. (This did not happen), but they did hit us with the fact that there was six of us and charged us extra for two people for two days and extra $86.00. But it sleeps up to 10, they stated that extra work and towels. This has a kitchen, stove, microwave etc. Told us to check back for the extra car between six and seven. Told us to park the third car by tennis court, which we should of been allowed to do at the beginning instead of having to wait. If you have suites for 10 you should have enough parking to cover those beds. We have stayed here before and wanted to move to the front suite which over looks the water and was told that everything was full. But in fact other people have not arrived and checked in. Very short with my wife who asked to switch. Beds were hit or miss. Our king bed was a hard board the queen bed was nice. Some of the fixtures in the room were coming off the wall, (towel racks in bathroom). The bathroom fan could not keep up with the steam making it like a sauna. Moisture on the walls, mirror and made the air sticky. Towel off and it felt like you weren't dry. Nice that it is half way between shopping and perkins cove, with access to marginal way. Everything was really within walking distance. Great time one of the best weekends of the summer.

We first stayed at Pink Blossoms 13 years ago. We were able to spend five nights recently and must say this is one of he most guest friendly hotels we have been to. We had a simply wonderful, huge room. Bedroom on the second floor and living area on the third with water views, Our second time in this room. There was some street/parking lot noise. We were so pleased, we added an extra night. We had to move to a rear townhouse. A different experience but equally nice. Much quieter but no water or street views. We'll take some noise for the views. Both rooms we had were immaculately clean. Staff we interacted were extremely friendly and polite. Including the house keeping staff who were very accommodating of our in and out schedule. Just a wonderful place that should be on anybody's short list for Ogunquit. We wish they were open year round and we never had to stay anywhere else.

The Pink Blossom gets better each time I visit. The staff is so helpful and friendly.I mentioned the toaster was toasting unevenly , and voila, a new toaster that very day! The grounds are lovely and the rooms spotless. IF you are looking for a family friendly spot, then try the Pink Blossom.

We've been staying at Pink Blossoms Resort for the last 3 years. We come to Ogunquit in September every year to celebrate our anniversary. We had stayed at their sister site, The Grand Hotel, in previous years, but decided we like Pink better. The rooms are spacious and the grounds are gorgeous. There is a nice grassy area with tables and chairs as well as gas grills for guest's use. A very nice outdoor pool and hot tub. The staff is always friendly and helpful when needed. We always take advantage of their Fall Package deals and twice have stayed in one of the Step Down Suites. Being there for 4 days/3 nights, this suite is perfect. Good size, fully equipped kitchen and a nice living room area. Plenty of room to spread out. The location is perfect. Except when we are going out of Ogunquit, the car never has to leave. We can walk to Perkins Cove (either via Shore Rd or the Marginal Way), walk to Main Street, and walk to the beach. (Of course all that walking has the added benefit of working off all the lobster we eat. :-) ) All in all, the Pink Blossoms Resort is a great place to spend some time in when visiting Ogunquit.
"Pretty resort in the middle of it all!"

Shore Road is packed with lodging of every type, and is rarely traffic free. Lodging at each end compete with shops, restaurants, and heavier traffic - making them less private, and less quiet. Pink Blossom is about 1/2 way down, an ideal location to get to where you want, without the added noise of other businesses and the accompanying traffic! There is an entry to the Marginal Way nearby, as well as a trolley stop. We rented the 4 bedroom house and loved it. Website does not do it justice - 2 baths, full kitchen, a den, a living room, private patio, private deck and gas grill - and a reserved parking space. The patio has a pretty garden, which provides a little privacy, and you look out your kitchen window at the grounds and the pool. Grounds and units are spotless! Cute playground and well maintained tennis courts. Staff was super accomadating to a personal issue we were experiencing, which meant a great deal to us. (Thank you again Shirley!). Yes, there are lots of places to stay along Shore Road, but we will return to Pink Blossom and cannot recommend it highly enough.

The Pink Blossoms Resort was clean and the staff extremely friendly. They offered free hair braiding and ice cream by the pool with our daughter loved! We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Pink Blossom continues to be a great destination for our family and friends. If you are in the Ogunquit area and need a nice cozy place to stay for 1 night or many, Pink Blossom really fits the bill. We have stayed at this resort for >12 years and they never disappoint. The place has it all without a lot of attitude and fluff. The staff is very friendly and professional. The Amenities are simple yet well maintained and perfect fit for families, couples and any travelers out there!

Well located in the heart of Ogunquit. Our small studio was comfortable and quite charming. It had everything we needed. We had a nice view of the pool and gardens and two comfortable outdoor chairs to sit on our little veranda. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

This delightful spot on one of the main streets is an oasis of peace. The room was fine, with kitchenette. It slept 3. The best part is the space beyond the parking area. There is a pool, shady grassy area, BBQs and outdoor tables. We have stayed here on 4 occasions, and keep on returning. The service is excellent.
