We have stayed here before and loved it! the rooms are very clean reasonably priced and the full breakfast is increadible. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Our car battery died over night during a snow storm and an employee was kind enough to give us a jump to save us from calling AAA for help. I would highly recommend this hotel to all families wanting to get away.

The location of this motel was convenient. Even though it is right on the main drag our room was relatively quiet. There were lots of loud motorcycles... using the road but it wasn't too bad when our door was closed. And, it quieted right down during the night. (We were in the end room right on the highway side.) We paid $55 a night total for three adults. We had a microwave and mini fridge. The fidge made noise so we unplugged it. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The cereal and coffee available for breakfast wasn't that good. BUT we had an excellent view of Pike's Peak and the location was good. For $55 a night it was a steal.

The rooms were clean and fairly large comparing to other rooms of same value. The breakfast was limited at best. Might want to at least add some boiled eggs. The hotel was further away than expected from our activities. Only 15 miles but via residential areas made it a 30 plus minute drive.

We went to the North Pole, Seven Falls and Cog Railway, great location for all of that besides wondering around Manitou Springs would definitely stay again. The Castawaay restaurant that is there was not great, but several other choices around.

We love this place! When I checked in the desk agent happen to be the same guy from four years ago. Don't let the brand fool you, this is a hidden gem. The rooms and bathrooms are large. Cool a/c, great tv line up and comfortable beds. Breakfast is above average. I have yet to see more then 3 or 4 guest staying here at a time. Downtown Manitou is minutes […] away. We were extremely pleased with the Rodeway Inn in Manitou Springs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We were especially pleased that there were chairs to sit on outside the room. The convenient location to local sites was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful visit to Manitou Springs and enjoyed our stay at Rodeway Inn. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was knowledgable and helpful. Overall would definetely stay here again- great price and great location. Our kids enjoyed Castaways - great place for the family.

The Rodeway, Manitou is very good value for money and the front desk staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. Free WIFI, fridge and microwave in the room. Would recommend this accommodation and stay there again. However, as there always is, DO NOT use 'The Castaways' restuarant adjacent to the hotel, Rodeway is letting its self down by associating […] with this business, it is grubby and the food is inedible. It is a jog at the stop light however the road leads right into the Garden of God. We were so close to everything we wanted to do! The continental breakfast was ok, just didn't expect the coffee and juices to be so watered down. Great location, great time, very nice stay.

This Inn is a pleasant place to stay. Friendly staff, clean room & grounds, restaurant on the property. You get a 10% discount at the Castaways, the restaurant on the grounds. It is a bit funky with the dated decorations and wait staff dressed as pirates but the food was excellant.Close to the Cog railway and downtown Manitou Springs.

This is a very adequate motel for the price. Nothing fancy, but nothing particularly bad either....depending. I would warn of three things: (1) The continental breakfast is basically dry cereal, packaged oatmeal, bagles and danish. (2) The room we stayed in had a brick glass window that fills the bedroom with light at 5:30-6:00 am, even with the blind […] closed. Using two sleeping rooms to make a hospitality room was clever; the space is very nice....the bkft. was about as plain as they come these days. We liked the restaurant nearby for dinner and had very nice meals.

We only stayed one night. The fridge was a bit too loud and had to be unplugged to sleep. Like many other hotels, the pillows are in dire need of replacing. The hotel is located between two well traveled roads but it is quiet on the inside. Beautiful area!

Outstanding Stay. Yes it was during the 'off-season', and the occupancy rate was less than 50%, but as an Honest aassessment; We thoroughly enjoyed the staff, service, and room on our weekend stay. The staff was plesant, prompt, and helpfull. The room was artfully decorated, clean, and quiet. We will definately stay there again.
