Just totally awesome! Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Having the receptionist show us to our room (which was upgraded for no good reason) was a nice touch. Cookies at turn-down for the kids (which we didn't have but ended up on the res) were awesome. The tub is to die for. The bed as comfortable as Ojai Valley Inn. The rooftop view […] gorgeous. No one escorted us to our room when we checked in. 9th floor dining area needs new management. Didn't get waited on and left after 15 minutes. Had to run shower for at least 8 minutes before hot water. Insufficient closet space for a 1 bedroom suite.

The entire staff is wonderful. Lovely personalities and very gracious. The location is marvelous and it is such a pleasurable walk to many top line restaurants and unique shops. Spa is wonderful and has a very accommodating schedule This was my second visit and I look forward to another in a few months.

Room wasn't ready at 6:30pm when we arrived. Left an ash tray full of cigars and cigarette buds out on the deck, a used foot towel in the bathroom, and rings on the counter because they hadn't been cleaned off. Service at the Laguna location is far superior where they walk you to your room.

Hotel was clearly under staffed during our stay. It took forever to get service at the pool. There are not enough pool chairs. Even arriving at 5pm there were no pool chairs available for at least an hour. The self-service water containers were empty for hours because closing was soon. At a five star hotel I expect them to be full until close. One man […] seemed to be taking care of the entire pool area. Cleaning, waiting tables, etc. He walked by promising service soon, but never came back. We waited at least a half an hour for a new waiter. The couple next to us waited 45 minutes for a drink, but at least got it free. When we were finally served we were still charged for our two drinks. Housekeeping stopped by the room too frequently--which became annoying. The room service was very good for room service and reasonably priced. Read more

I was really looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, my expectations were just too high. Upon arrival we were told our room was not ready and since it was before check in we were fine with it. We were told we would be called within an hour for check in. An hour later we returned to our hotel only to find out the room was still not ready (4pm now) […] the gentleman was very nice and offered a $100 credit and a drink at the bar while we waited. Once checked in we headed to the pool only to be told it was closing in 15 minutes because of a wedding! It was 4:45pm on a Saturday! Reluctantly they agreed to allow us to have a drink at the rooftop. At 5 we were told we could stay in the restaurant but could no longer order drinks. We booked on Expedia and were told we would be upgraded upon check in and were not. I was too upset to even argue or talk to a manger but will surely send them a letter. Two words that best describe this hotel are slow and attitude. Add the inconvenience of no coffee in the rooms and coffee in the lobby picked up by 9am on a Sunday - who does that? I could get better service at a Best Western. Definitely not worth the money nor aggreviation.

Hotel great. Very clean and comfortable with decent-sized rooms. Most of staff very friendly and helpful, but we had a couple of incidents where staff from some of their restaurants were downright rude to my wife and I. - Example, we went to their Parq bar around lunchtime on one of the 9 nights we stayed here, the bar was almost deserted but the person […] on duty seated my wife and I at the only table which was not set and was still dirty. He refused to seat us anywhere else, then did not clear the table. When my wife went up to the bar to ask him to clear the table, he completely ignored my wife. Was a completely bizarre experience! - They also won't supply crockery for a cup of tea-we had to really pressurize them to bring us one and then they would keep taking them away-so every day, my wife would have to call and ask them to send us just an empty cup and saucer, plus the jug-think they wanted us to order a cup of tea from room service ($12 + 18% service charge + $6 delivery charge) - Food at Scarpetta was excellent and we really enjoyed their Xmas lunch - food and service were absolutely excellent and we splurged a bit including enjoying some Krug champagne - Valet service is excellent and very convenient but then at $40 per day plus tips it needs to be! - Location is excellent and the Bouchon bakery, bar and bistro literally opposite the exit by the gardens is very convenient (and yummy!) The Montage Beverly Hills will trully be my home in LA. Outstanding staff who were exceptionally friendly,helpful,courteous and efficient. Prior to even checking in Mark the Concierge had made all my dining reservations for my 5 nights! On checking in Mallorie at Reception set the tone for my entire visit by her bubbly and most helpful and effortlessly […] efficient manner. The Bars were excellent as was the spa facilities and not to mention the house limousine that ferries you around Beverly Hills. Nice location, good looking hotel, room is not as big as I thought. Hotel is great overall, but I feel like it is missing something as a 5 star hotel. People are nice. $40 valet parking per night is kinda of expensive, but I guess that's the price tag for living in Beverly Hills. We went there with my 15 month son, who needs hot water for formula and […] food. It would be awesome if they have hot water in room or at least on each level of floor as I have to order from room service every time and it takes at least 15 mins for them to deliver to my room. Another issue we had when we moved in on the first day was that my wife found a dead Beatle in the hotel's slippers and it was quite big so that she got scared. We phoned the room service, a lady dressed like a supervisor came up and was surprised to see that also. She cleaned it up for us and apologized. She then ordered a fruit platter for us as a gesture of her apology. It was not a very nice experience but at least it was handled properly. Overall, I would recommend Montage for its location in Beverly Hills and overall comfort feel. But it did not give me any shining point that can attract me to stay in there again when I am in LA next time. Read more

The house car of the hotel is Royce Royce and S class Mercedes are fantastice and […] totally free of charge and it's there for their hotel guest to use. Employees including concierge ,receptionist ,pretty much everyone employee are there to make every guest happy. When we arrived to our hotel, we escorted our room by a friendly receptionist who opened a bottle of champaign to celebrate our arrival. If you are going to Beverly Hills area and if you ate looking for brand new hotel and luxorios hotel to stay in than you have one option and that's Montage Beverly. Read more

Our family of four (including a 14 and 12 year old) recenly took a trip to Southern California for a vacation and stayed at the Montage Beverly Hills. After a fun-filled 2 weeks in Malibu and Temecula, we culminated our holiday with a two-night stay at this five star luxury hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills. I had booked our room through Expedia […] and was offered a great deal and a room upgrade. Our hotel room came with a large balcony that overlooked the grand entrance to the Montage. This gave us a great view of the stars and guests attending the MTV video awards in Los Angeles. The best part of our Montage experience was the roof-top pool and spa, where the whole family spent a sunny afternoon swimming and tanning high above the sights and sounds of Beverly Hill's Golden Triangle. Other highlights included: shopping on Rodeo Drive; Sunday brunch at Scarpetta at the Montage Beverly Hills; dinner at the nearby Via Alloro restaurant, where we saw Gwen Stefani, her husband and children come in for supper; attending a magic show by world class magician, comedian and illusionist Ivan Amodei at the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills. ロデオドライブに近くて便利、お部屋や施設の快適度は申し分ありませんでしたが、チェックイン時にクイーンサイズベッド２台の部屋を予約したにもかかわらずキングサイズベッド１台の部屋に通されました。その上スーツケースが３時間以上も部屋に届かず、何度もフロントに電話をしてもらちが明かない為、直接出向いてやっと預けた車の中に置き去りにされていたことが分かりました。ミスがあったことまでは理解できますが、フロントの対応が５つ星ホテルにしては考えられないようなお粗末なものでした。前日に宿泊したＬＡライブのリッツカールトンのフロントはとても感じが良かったので、アメリカのホテルマンのレベルが総て低いとは思いませんが、期待が大きかった今回の旅行のメインのホテルだっただけに、とても残念です。それ以外は、ブランドショッ […] プや美味しいレストランが近くに軒を連ねていて、楽しい滞在でした。 Read more
