This was our second stay. The first time was 2 years ago and was pleasantly surprised. Instead of the minibus they now have a large coach for transfers to and from Disney. Rooms are split into two with the kids on sofa beds and the adults in the main bedroom. Will go again and the breakfast was delightful.

As the hotel is a 4-star it was clean and the staff were very helpful. It's very close to Disneyland and a shuttle bus is provided to take you there and also into the town. It might help if they told us when the pick-up times had changed in advance - we ended up left for half an hour at one point with nowhere to go! Had to leave the key unattended on the desk, therefore it isn't a 24hour reception. Above all I would definitely recommend it to families who wanted to go to Disneyland. We had a great time. Room even had a hob, microwave and fridge which is awesome for a family. Staff very friendly and all spoke English which was a bonus. They even provide a coach that goes to and from Disney so you can avoid paying the 15 euro parking!

Lovely room with good kitchenette facilities. The room was very clean. Asked for twin beds but got a double bed - wasn't happy as my 12 year daughter sleeps all over the place. Separate toilet/cloakroom. Separate bath and shower cubicle in the bathroom. The suites are in a quiet area, so good if you want to get away from everything but I mean everything. The only thing nearby is Spa Aquatonic which is directly next door, which is really convenient but was closed! I was disappointed that Spa Aquatonic was closed for the week as I wanted a spa day and this is why I booked into Parks & Suites - only found out the day before as I phoned the hotel to see if I had to book in. Went to Val D'Europe instead for a good shop staying well away from the designer outlets which are VERY expensive (realised that when I visited before). The suites have a good shuttle bus service that takes you to Val D'Europe (7 - 10 mins) and Disneyland Paris (10 - 15 mins). Runs every 30 - 45 minutes and is prompt. There is a timetable which is useful. Picks up at the back of the IMAX in Disney. The daytime driver was very friendly and informative. The two Receptionists on arrival were very friendly and helpful but the receptionist on the following morning was quite rude. Would definitely stay again. Read more

We had to wait 3.5 hours from the advised check-in time before we had access to the room. Once in we found dirty dishes in the broken dishwasher. We were offered a replacement room but the hotel did not assist with moving the luggage. When we accessed the replacement room we again found dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty socks in a drawer and rubbish […] in cupboards. There was also a damp drain smell throughout the room. We were told that there were no other rooms available. We disposed of the rubbish and socks and washed the dishes, but had to pick up dishwasher detergent form reception. We had to constantly air the room by leaving all windows open. During our stay, service to our room was hap-hazard and incomplete. We did not feel that the staff were looking to resolve the problems to our satisfaction. Given the relative young age of the hotel, the over all condition was very disappointing. Read more

However, when we arrived at around 10pm with 2 young children, we had to queue for a ridiculous amount of time and eventually got the keys to our room. We didn't unpack, but went to try and get the room we had reserved and after waiting yet again (now 12 midnight) were told that they had nothing available that night and would sort it out in the morning. After returning from Disney late afternoon, we were this time told the room hadn't been cleaned. After we complained bitterly, they reluctantly gave us our superior room on the top floor. The hotel is well situated for Euro Disney being about 5 minutes away in the free shuttle bus which operates very regularly. We never waited more than 15 minutes (during half term week so quite busy). The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfasts are good - includng hot and cold foods (cereal to full English). The only complaint we have have is […] that something was stolen from our room (nothing valuable, but that is not the point.) We reported it to the duty manager who investigated it and rang our room (not that we could operate the messaging sevice on the phone). On checkout we asked what had happened. The cleaning staff had denied taking the item (obviously) and beyond that the reception staff didn't seem to be bothered. I suppose that they did do what they could, but their attitude might have been more sympathetic. Just don't take anything valuable with you. To add insult to injury, on the last morning my son left his favourite toy dog in the breakfast room and once again it disappeared. Not the staff I am sure, but other parents! If they knew the upset this caused, they wouldn't want it for their own children. Otherwise a good hotel choice. Read more

We arrived Saturday afternoon, and found the hotel easily - it was well sign posted and the directions on the website were accurate. The hotel is in a great location - nice and quiet but only a few hundred yards from the Val d'Europe shopping centre and about a mile from Disneyland Paris. The room was great, with sliding doors between the bedroom and the lounge, a well equipped kitchen, tv and wifi. It was a beautifully furnished room and even had a small balcony. The shower was powerful and there was also a large bath. There is a free shuttle bus to Disney which we took on the first day, but be warned,not everyone is polite and some barge onboard. The shuttle bus to Disney took 5 minutes, and dropped us off just outside, very convenient. In the mornings the shuttle is very busy, but they run every 15 mins to allow for this. We only had to wait about 15 mins in the pm for the return trip. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Disney, the val d'Europe centre or even Paris as there's a RER station at both straight into Paris. Read more

I travelled with my WIfe and Daughter and Grandson aged six. Booking in was painless and our suite on the ground floor was excellent. A small but adequate kitchen, a lounge area with bed settee and a seperate bedroom. The bathroom had a bath and a large walk in shower with the W.C separately situated off the entrance hall. Everything reasonably acceptable but non-caring staff makes this hotel non-recommended. Free shuttle to/from amusement parks very unreliable and staff could not be bothered. Hotel name change during our stay (!) resulted in waiting in the cold and rain open space for more than 1 hour with a handicapped child getting wet.

I stayed here with 2 others in October 2011. We had a deluxe appartment which had one kingsize bedroom and a twin bedroom as well as a lounge with a sofa bed, so ample accomodation for the three of us. Also, two separate bathrooms made it quick to get out in the mornings. The shuttle bus was difficult to find on arrival, but it can be picked up outside […] of the imax cinema, on the roundabout. The rooms are very well equipped, however, no kettle! All in all, we enjoyed our stay, with close proximity to La Valle designer outlet, Val d'Europe Mall and, of course, Disneyland. The staff were pleasant & helpful. The room we were first offered had not been prepared, so we were upgraded to a larger suite with 2 separate bedrooms. Bedding, bathrooms & kitchen were all clean, but the floors were not clean, being generally grubby with dust, clothes tags, golf tees etc. in corners - not the end of the world but takes the gloss off […] what would otherwise be a good room. Small kitchenette - only lacks a conventional oven, but otherwise perfect for preparing breakfast and snacks. Take tea-towels and dishwasher tablets. Parking is ample, but unless you get a space at the front you will be parking in the large, unlit, parking to the rear of the hotel - probably not an issue given the hotel's relatively remote location. Great location for visiting Eurodisney - we came for 3 nights after being in Paris for a few days, spending two full days at Disney. We used the shuttle bus service once - in fairness it is only a pair of 7 seater VW minibuses, so not really able to cope with the peak of demand. We caught a taxi back on the first day (15 euros) and took the car the second day - a 10 minute drive. We parked in the main Disney car park (again 15 euros) but with tired children at the end of the second day wished we had parked in the multi-storey adjacent the attractions to the front of Disney which is far closer (and possibly cheaper). We will probably go again to Eurodisney in a couple of years, and would stay here without any reservations. Read more

We made an excellent choice in 'Park Suites'. Upon arrival Monika made us feel most welcome at the busy Reception. Mohammed at the Bar was a star! The Junior Suite was ideal for our family stay. We looked forward to returning to our Suite as it was so spacious, comfortable and spotless. Park Suites Drivers Steve and Phillip who operate the free shuttle […] into the nearby village centre and Disneyland could not have been more pleasant, helpful and courteous to our family. The free shuttle allows an easy transfer to the hotel from Disneyland TGV SNCF station only 10 minutes from Charles de Gaulle. I have to mention Monika again on Reception, who managed to understand my broken French and happily assist us way and beyond our expectations in excellent English! Overall, if you are arriving with a young family and without a car at Disneyland for a short self catering break or a longer stay then Park Suites tick all the boxes. Every 30minutes your Chauffeur Steve, Phillip (Speaks fluent Japanese!) will whizz you in very comfortable mini-bus shuttles to Disneyland, shopping, Restaurants, RER Station, SNCF-TGV......Brilliant, just like having your own car and Chauffeur outside the Hotel entrance on standby. Having a Rental Car at Park Suites is not essential. We are looking forward to returning to Park Suites as soon as possible! Read more

I booked this hotel for four nights for my wife and I to stay somewhere in a mix of Disney and Paris. First the location. We drove so from the hotel it's a 5 minute drive to Val d europe and then onto the train for a 45 min ride. The train service is good but pricey, and not quick. The hotel is new and because of this, there is nothing to do nearby […] so a car or taxis are essential. It is very close to Disney and ere is a free shuttle bus to take you there. Next the hotel. The hotel is new, so as you would expect the finish to the rooms is of a high standard. We stayed in a studio apartment. The room was great, and the bed the most comfortable I have slept in in any hotel. There is a flat screen tv on the wall but only a couple of English channels, but agin you don't go there to watch tv. The bathroom had a double shower and separate bath which was a nice surprise. The one problem we had was that the air conditioning didn't work, and as it was 36 degree, the nights were more than a little uncomfortable. There are reviews on here of people complaining about service of the staff and other bits. Make your own judgement of course, but my experience with the staff was one of lies and evasive actions. For this reason and this alone, I would recommend you find another place to stay. The hotel told me on day 1 the air conditioning was faulty, on day 2 it needed time to cool down cause it had been set to heating. Turned out it doesn't work and never has. They shouldn't lie.
