"Needs Improvment Bad"

Our phones in the room didn't work, we tried calling for a wake up call when we discovered that. So I tried looking them up in the phone book, wasn't listed there either. So I got ahold of a corp. office I guess and they couldn't do anything for me either. We went down to get a soda and ice...the soda machine was broke and all the ice machines were tipped upside down....guess they probably didn't work either. So when I went to check out the next day, mind you i'm hungry and in a hurry. The breakfast they serve....was a crosett or a itty bitty poppy seed muffin, coffee with no sugar or creamer. I tell him about my phone not working in my room and he proceeds to tell me that none of the phones work in the hotel. i will never stay at a days inn again.
