I enjoyed very much my hotel stay. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. I was upgraded to an executive room since I am Expedia elite plus customer. I definetly recomend this hotel.

Overall my experience with the hotel was good. I'm an American business traveler so I was looking for your typical mid-level business hotel room. It had all the basics: nice bed, clean sheets, desk, internet (not free), clean bathroom, iron with ironing board, TV (with 3-4 english speaking stations). The breakfast is not cheap $22/person, but it was […] a good mixture of western and eastern food. The staff was able to communicate in English, but I don't think they cater to the Western business person. The location is good (close to Olympic park and National Convention Center). My chief complaint was the room temperature. I could not get the thermostat to work in the first room I was in. They switched me to another room and that didn't work either. Fortunately the second room had a window that opened and between that and the fan (not air conditioning) I was able to get the room down to about 26 C. Not great sleeping conditions (very warm) but it was doable. They don't turn the AC until the summer months and thus the room never really cooled down. I did travel with an employee and his room did cool to 22.5 C because his fan was stronger than mine. If you don't mind the heat, the hotel was really a good bargain for the price. I won't stay there again, but it is only because the heat was almost unbearable for me. Read more

My first concern on choice of hotel was location so I picked, from a star rating this hotel which was near the exhibition I was interested in. I read the previous reviews and while there were some negative reviews, I felt that perhaps the hotel had got the message, obviously this was not the case. The doormen where go and the lobby lounge staf were very friendly and helpful. Check out took much too long. The "western restaurant" was usually occupied by few and I now understand why. The Chinese restaurant was the best. There were few non-Chinese in the hotel an while it may have met their expectations,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 4 star I doubt. Read more

This hotel was walking distance to the Olympic Park, close to downtown Beijing and 20 minutes from the airport. Staff were reasonably fluent in english and helpful. Hotel was in good condition, free bottled water in the rooms and filter water at the sink- very comforting to brush teeth with! Rooms clean and comfortable

The hotel was very convenient for our conference and was above average in most aspects. However, the two restaurants were not of a high quality and were empty most of the time. Was disappointed in poor English spoken by check-in clerk and the hotel's complete inability to fathom that we'd booked a 3-person room, and stated on the hotels.com confirmation. They did give us a room, but it only had 2 beds, not a king and two singles as advertised, so two of us had to share. Thankfully the beds were huge so sharing was OK, but […] rather unprofessional! We were also unclear what exactly was included with the room, and some guests seemed to have breakfast included and others not, but again the language barrier made communication difficult. On the plus sides - room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was good on email communication before arrival. Access to the hotel pool was included but only if you bring your own swimming cap. This is a nice hotel but, they were doing big reno's in the hotel at the time of our visit. At the reservation time with hotels.com no one told or informed us about these reno's. Our kids were so disappointed that the swimming pool was closed due to reno's they didn't ate the lunch that day. The air conditioning was not working in the room. Read a few comments about this hotel and saw a few pictures before booking. All seemed ok. But when I got into the room I was really disappointed, old furniture, dirty carpet, old tub, smoky smell in a non smoking room. Asked for an wine opener but it took half an hour to arrive. Will definitely not stay here again.

整体感觉还是不错的，酒店大堂蛮规整大气的，前台的接待也都还不错的，国庆期间，客房的入住率较高，所以一开始还没房，后来给我升级了套房。客厅的景观很好，都是大玻璃窗，一眼看尽城市景观，卫生间的设施有点老旧了，感觉维护上需要加强，卧室不大，床睡的还是蛮舒服的，但整体上来说房间设施略显陈旧，有些还不太好用，显然维护上要加强。酒店地理位置还不错，边上是北辰购物中心。周边也有公车等。

設備はそれほど新しくなく、設備、調度品など高級ホテルではないが、従業員の対応が比較的良くて、庶民的な雰囲気でくつろげた。 朝、なかなかタクシーが来ないのは北京市の交通事情によるのでしょうが、市内であればタクシーは安いので移動には問題なし。 部屋でのインターネット接続はワイヤーで有料ですが、0.5元/分と安いので特に不満はなし。
