Hotel was updated and modern. Whirlpool wasn't working very well and could have been cleaned a little better. We did not receive the check-out paperwork in the morning and had to stop at the front desk in our rush to get to the airport. Room was very clean. Hotel is in back of an outdoor mall area. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to the highway. Good location literally on a mall premises. Great for meals and easy access. Gym is nice. The entrance to the hotel is unusual, upon arrival there is no lobby. You go up to the second floor. Parking isn't the best. However, it wouldn't stop me from staying there.

PROS: Room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were more comfortable than most at this price range. The breakfast was nice, although it would have been nice to have more fruit options. Forget something? There is an entire outdoor mall to pick up what ever you left at home, not to mention a nice selection of restaurants. CONS: You have to use your […] key to get to every floor and it ALWAYS stops at 2 (where the lobby is) whether someone is waiting or not. My key stopped working several times while I was there so I always had to get off and go to the front desk to have it re-activated. Also, the walls are paper thin. There were several people talking in the room next to me and I could make out almost every word they said. Pray you don't have anyone staying next to you. This was a nice, clean place to stay. But best of all is the location. It is right in the middle of a great little outdoor mall. Lots of stores and restaurants. The employees were nice and very accomodating. We really enjoyed our romantic getaway.

The hotel and room is clean, and breakfast service is convenient and has a reasonable variety of choices. The staff are very very friendly and helpful. The shampoo and soap were not of superb quality but functional. Overall, a nice comfortable hotel and i felt very welcomed there.

The hotel was nice but be very careful when booking I booked a king room but they word the title funny so if the room is not titled king bed room then it is what ever they have. I booked a king room it did not have the word bed in it so they put us in a double bed room and it was not a comfortable night at all. And the front desk was not very friendly […] about it she told me that it was too bad and that I would just have to change rooms the next day. We had a family reunion over Thanksgiving and several of us stayed at the Courtyard Houston Pearland which is situated right in the center of some really fine shopping anchored by a Macy's and a Dillard's. Many other great shops. My favorite was Coldwater Creek right across the street. Many restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance, and […] well lighted parking area. The hotel breakfast room is elegant. Didn't use the gym, etc. Our room was so beautiful, exceeding usual hotel decor. Bed was perfect for my comfort and I liked the white linens. Hotel room was nice, though my room could use a little touch-up painting. I was comfortable, and the location is great if you have time to kill... its in a shopping mail: Macy's, Dillard's, and about 30 smaller stores and restaurants. I really enjoy my layover day. One negative, no HGTV.
