"Four stars out of five"
Beautiful property, excellent staff. Bob or 'Duffy' at the front desk went out of his way to accomodate us. The 24 hour beverage service in the lobby was an unexpected treat. My only complaint is the acoustics in the room. We could hear the TV and people on both sides of our room talking. We could also hear them talking through the vent in the bathroom. Would I stay there again? Absolutely because the good outweighed the bad.

"You will sleep well just like home!"
The bed was very comfortable and the pillows had just enough fluff. Those are usually my 2 biggest critical things that I look for in my hotel stays.

"Clean and comfortable"
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The walls are really thin though (so thin i could hear the text message notification of my neighbor's phone) but that was my only complaint. Would stay here again.

"I Love the Hilton Garden Inn"
I love this hotel and try to stay whenever I can when I am in the area. It's not only close to family, but close to many restaurants, shopping areas and even a movie theater. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the comfort of the rooms alone.

"Terrible"
First they wouldn't let me check in because they didn't know the laws in Illinois and told me I had to be 21 (you only have to be 18 in this part of Illinois to check into a hotel and I'm 19). They made me wait around until FINALLY someone realized they could check me in. The room was dusty and cold and I hardly got any sleep due to the hotel party going on two doors down. They were up until at least 2am blasting vulgar music and screaming and stomping around. I only got to sleep when I put headphones in around 2:30am. When I asked the front desk if there was anything they could do, they said no because I booked with Hotels.com and not directly through the hotel. I will definitely not be staying at this hotel again or booking through Hotels.com

"Great hotel stay but..... NO MORE FOAM MATRESSES!!"
Everything contributed to a great hotel stay experience except for the foam matrews on the bed. Apparently I shift my body position while sleeping. The memory foam matress offered exessive resistance and resulted in many undesired awakenings throughout the night. I will always call the hotel ahead and request a room without memory foam matresses. Thank you reading my comments.

Really nice hotel, nice room, kind of a little bit noisy, you could hear some conversations in other rooms through the vent in the bathroom. Other than that, the hotel was really nice and comfortable.

Hotel convenient to the west side of Chicago Land. Hotel's breakfast offering convenient and alternatives (e.g., Starbucks, McDonald's) nearby. Traffic at three-way stop at Davis (?) daunting at times.

"Fantastic hotel!"
This hotel is decorated beautifully, has so much to offer (ie; a little bar, coffee area, sitting area, fireplace, mini-store, breakfast, etc.). It is so lovely when you walk in as well- you feel like you're on a true vacation! The employees were exceptionally welcoming and helpful! We've stayed here twice and will stay here lots more! What a wonderful experience and VALUE!

"Disappointing getaway"
Went to hotel for overnight getaway. Room was clean, comfortable. The bed was like a concrete slab. Front desk told us there is a dial to change the firmness of the mattress. We adjusted each side. One side softened but was very hard. The other side was extremely firm. After a restless night we decided to leave at 4 am. When we told the front desk, she didn't offer a discount for the inconvenience or to have a manager call us. She did tell us there have been complaints and they were going to change out the mattresses. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any one. Why go back when the staff didn't do anything so you wouldn't leave unhappy about your stay?

We enjoyed our stay very much, every one was pleasant. Loved the interior decor, the soundproofing of rooms, wine glasses and extra towels brought up in a timely and friendly manner & enjoyed the glass inclosed shower. There were a few things to possibly consider. The foyer outside to the parking lot was raised to the lot area. The driveway was slopped for the entrance and exit. Those who carry or roll luggage and parking on arrival, had to pull up their bags over the curb as oppose to rolling it up. There was efficient parking, but none avail on the sides of building for easy access to elevators. When taking the elevator on the 2nd trip up it didn't respond at all. When we looked for stairs there wasn't a directional or sign to indicate where to go. Then the next elevator arrived to take us up. When turning down to go to sleep. The bed was extremely comfortable, however the remote to adjust firmness wasn't working on the right side. In the shower the one shelf to hold hygiene products was placed in an awkward area, too close to spray of shower and couldn't hold a reasonable about of product for our needs.

"Nice Stay"
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in and out a lot over the weekend and it was nice to return and find that housekeeping had done a nice job of cleaning and restocking our towels etc. Everything went as we would expect from the Hilton brand

"Close to outlet mall"
Enjoyed my stay it was close to outlet mall and away from all the traffic. Very clean rooms, hallways, and carpet. I didn't like that we had to travel through so many tolls to get to the hotel.

Over all the hotel stay was very nice. the staff was more than friendly, the room was mostly clean, the shower was dirty and it leaked on the floor. that was the most disapointing thing about the hotel. also i recommend you bring your own pillow.

Got two adjacent rooms with friends for a worry free celebration in downtown Naperville for my birthday-the hotel is just a short cab ride away. The staff was very friendly, hotel and rooms were clean and welcoming, and the whole experience was great. I had forgotten my cell charger and a pair of shoes when I left, and called the hotel to see if staff found them. The head of housekeeping promptly returned my call and I got my items back right away. Would definitely stay again.

There were too many kids running around in the halls, slamming doors and someone had their music playing so loud I could hear it in my room. The windows leaked and the carpet was wet. the shower head was poorly designed.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful surroundings! Lush green landscape and a number of restaurants to choose from, not to mention a Super Target for any and all of your needs! Quiet area, as it is off the main road away from traffic and neighborhoods. Will stay here again!!!

The hotel was located close to an appointment we had, so in that respect the location was good. Otherwise it seemed to be in an area with a lot of offices and construction. We were challenged to find healthier restaurant options, but did luck into a good Mexican restaurant not too far away. The hotel accommodations were comfortable, nice and clean.
