The Hilton Garden Inn is a very nice looking hotel and would be a very nice place to stay if wasnt for the extremely uncomfortable beds. It was really hard to get a good nights rest sleeping on such a hard bed.

We were spending the weekend in Chicago and wanted a hotel nearby with a swimming pool. The only thing that would make it better would be a free breakfast buffet.

It was my daughters 13th birthday . So I took her away for the weekend. There is soo much to do around there. The only bad thing to say is they have a breakfast buffet that we ate at the last day.It was just ok. They have it until 11:00 and we were down there at 10:00 and there was not much stuff put out but we still ordered our eggs and bacon. but the donuts bread for toast fruit etc. sparce. The room was great big pillows comfy beds clean clean clean exspecially the bathroom and thats big with me even the carpetlooked new and not worn..Would definetly sty again..

Perfect rooms, from the bedding to the bathroom all first class, great to have a fridge and microwave too. Nice but small pool great hot tub. Great resturants near by too!

The Hilton Garden was very clean and in a great location. Close to all the shoppping we were interested in, with easy access. Just a short drive to Woodfield Mall, Ikea, Homegoods, Borders and others. More area restaurant informaton would have been helpful, but otherwise a lovely place to stay. We make this shopping trip once or twice a year and will definitely stay here again!

Definitely a great room for the money. If looking to shop at Woodfield Mall or want to go to Ikea it is a great location, however, traffic was not that great when heading to downtown Chicago...but I guess that is to be expected.

The room was on the small side for two adults and two older kids. We enjoyed the adjustable comfort levels on each side of the bed and small fridge and microwave in the room. No laundry facilities for guests to use. We found candy wrappers and old receipts from previous guests under the bed. The convenience store is a small cooler by the front desk. The breakfast buffet was quite expensive. Don't think I will stay here again

Man… Great Hotel!!! Our room had a huge warm & comfortable bed, a wide flat screen tv. We had a window view of the area we were in. Coolest thing was I could hook up my iPhone up to the clock radio and play my own music. It had a great spacious shower. The staff was really nice; I was able to check in an hour early before our actual check-in time. Hotel had a nice restaurant/bar and a nice living area in the lobby. Most importantly, it was quiet and not noisy which made it very relaxing and enjoyable. Next time I come to Chicago, I definitely will be staying at this hotel for sure!

This hotel was fantastic and would have been worth the money had we paid twice as much! It's barely a year old and immaculate. The beds were comfortable, linens clean, bathroom spotless, and the staff charming and helpful. Even the additional, roll-away bed we requested and received at no additional cost was the best we've ever seen. It was a twin-size mattress on a rolling frame (not the usual lame cot) and they delivered it to our room almost the moment we reached the room ourselves. We have 4 kids (a family of 6) and were able so sleep comfortably in the room. While this hotel will not show up on Hotels.com if you search using 4 kids (I always search using 2 kids), the hotel staff did not mind the addition two children in our room whatsoever. This alone might have been enough to win our loyalty! Try that at Disney World! This is not the first Hilton Garden Inn we've stayed at. At each, we've found the same, high-level of quality and accommodating philosophy for a reasonable price.

The only strange thing was the elevator. It made the weirdest sound when opening and closing. I kept feeling like I was going to get stuck. Other than that, a great experience.

Check inn time was 3 pm we arrived at 4 pm our rooms were not ready..fine waited in lobby for 45 mins. finally they had one room ready out of 2 we needed. we requested rooms nearby ...forget about it & 2nd room was ready to check inn at 6.30pm. Front desk staff had very bad attitude both evening & night desk clerk. And make sure to take extra towels from home,,,,,because if you need extra towels because you took shower more then once its your fault...you must use your old wet towel again. Hotel was clean & comfortable but had very poor service. If you care about deal & comfort but don't care about service its good hotel.

I got a great price on this hotel, so compared to what I paid I got a great deal, had I paid more I would have complained! The maid never left us more coffee and the bathroom was not up to my standard of clean. Of course I got a great rate so you get what you pay for!

The hotel is in a great location, easy access to I-90 and right by the Woodfield Mall. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only complaint if I had to choose would be the pool was a little on the cold side, and they kept running out of towels. No personal safes in the room. But all in all it was a great hotel for a great price in a great location! I'd definately stay again. Microwave and fridge a plus. Only 2 roll-a-way beds in the hotel, so ask in advance if you'll need it.

"Not worth the room rate."

Pool water too cold, spa not warm enough. Dirty coffee cup in room. Could not get heat in room during night chill. Not enough options for breakfast, though the omelets were well prepared.
