This hotel was nice and clean but the service is terrible. We arrived at close to midnight with a 2 & 5 yrs old. The milk didn't smell right because the ice had melted in the small cooler so I went to the front desk and ask if I could have a small carton of milk from the hotel kitchen. The clerk said that the kitchen is closed so I asked him for direction to the nearest store that I can get milk. He gave me direction to Wal-Mart down the street. That is fine. There are policies at each hotel, (I assumed). Thanks for the direction. I went back to the room to get my key and wallet to go to Wal-Mart. As I walked into the room my wife was in the bathroom throwing towels on the floor to soak up the water preventing it from flowing all over the bathroom because the toilet was clogged and was overflowing. We called the front desk and asked to send maintenance up to fix it. The clerk said that there is no one here right now and it has to be in the morning. So, we shut the bathroom door and had to use the toilet on the 1st floor. The toilet was still clogged when we checked out at 11am. We complained at check out and the manager said that she has no knowledge of it because the night clerk does not log it and offered us free snacks from the snack bar. yupeee ...whooo hoooo...Yeah right....Like I said the hotel was nice and clean but the service was terrible. I will not stay at this hotel again. I think I will try the La Quinta next door if I have to be in the area again.

Overall, it was a good room at a good price. The only thing I was not too happy with was the limited TV channel selection in the room. No TV channels for kids.

Hotel offered professional yet very friendly service. Hotel is very clean and all staff is helpful. Enjoyed our Stay-- We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
