    Nice and clean rooms but the bathroom was a bit on the small size. The hotel was less than half empty when we were there but still they put us in a room without an ocean view - not OK. The breakfast was adequate but nothing sensational. Interestingly, even though the breakfast was included it took about five minutes to sign for the receipt... a bit […] bizarre process (I hope they can improve on that). When you visit Campeche you want to stroll through the beautiful historic centre. Unfortunately, the hotel was a bit too far from the historic centre to walk if you have kids or if you are old, although the cab fare was only 35 pesos. Very nice Italian restaurant next door.... avoid the boring hotel restaurant. Read more

    Pasamos las fiestas del grito en Campeche. El hotel esta un poco retirado de la zona centro y atractivos de la ciudad pero cuenta con estacionamiento para huespedes.

    Hotel cómodo frente al mar, buen servicio, aunque en general en Campeche falta atención al turismo. En recepción los mapas y folletos de lugares turísticos son deficientes. Los cuartos OK, y la atención muy buena. Campeche tiene mucho que ofrecer, deberían promocionarlo más.

    A la hora de entrada nos dieron la habitación hasta las 16:45 horas, debido a que no tienen personal suficiente. Nuestra llegada fue desde las 14 horas y nos estuvieron diciendo que ya pronto estaría y los minutos pasaron. No hay servicio de lavandería los fines de semana

    Faltou só a limpeza da area piscina no primeiro dia do ano. Os hospedes utilizaram a piscina o dia todo imunda. O staff não parecia muito preocupado com a bagunça deixada pela festa de ano novo.
