We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We had a fairy chimney room and a cave room. The fairy chimney room was really nice and worth the extra few euros if it is available during your stay. The cave rooms are basic, bed table, bathroom etc. What makes this hotel a wonderful place to stay is the hospitality. A wonderful Turkish breakfast is included and the staff even offered to cook fresh omelets for us. The manager Numan really wanted to make sure we had a fantastic time. We were interested in guided tours of the area but since we were traveling with children we wanted more flexibility than the organized tours offered so Numan arranged private guided tours for us. The city and area is spectacular and the hotel hospitality really made the stay perfect. In my opinion the hotel should be rated at least 3 stars on European standards and the hospitality even higher.

This hotel is built into the "fairy chimneys" of Goreme. That was an awesome experience. By the standards of the other hotels we stayed in Turkey, it was very nice. It would be nice if there were daily maid service, but that doesn't seem to be the norm in Turkey on the Asian side. We liked that (again, unlike a lot of the Turkish hotels) there was a separate shower stall, so the water from the showerhead didn't get the whole bathroom floor wet while we bathed. I can't say how nice that was compared to other budget Turkish hotels! The breakfast was good. All in all, it was a budget hotel with a nice twist--being actually a "cave" hotel!

We wish we would've stayed longer!! The hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The owners and their family were at the hotel that entire weekend we were there and they were such a pleasure!!! They stayed and talked with us, letting us know the sights around the hotel and fun things to do. The Cappodocia region is a woniderful place and a hotel like this makes it even better!! I would certainly stay here again and also reccomend others to stay!

"Kismet Cave House - Goreme - Melhor hotel"
Tivemos o prazer de nos hospedar no Kismet Cave House. Goreme fica numa localização central e excelente para uma visita à região da Capadócia. E o Kismet Cave House é o melhor lugar para ficar. O proprietário, Faruk, e seus funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos, mas não intrusivos. Faruk tem muito orgulho de ser um cidadão de Goreme e usa isso para […] atender melhor seus clientes. Ele está sempre disposto a compartilhar seu conhecimento sobre a área e auxiliar em qualquer dúvida, reserva de passeios etc. Também pudemos reservar com eles dois tours especiais privados. Faruk nos deu uma visão personalizada de Goreme e de toda a região da Capadócia. O Kismet Cave House é o perfeito hotel caverna da Capadócia: íntimo, rústico e charmoso. As camas, muito confortável. Os banheiros também são grandes, bem equipados com banheiras de jacuzzi. O Kismet Cave fica muito perto do centro da cidade, portanto próximo de restaurantes, bares, bancos etc. Depois de Cappadocia, fomos para Izmir e, novamente, Faruk nos ajudou.
